It is convenient to have it on the westside, especially because the bank office in Vons closed

About 10 years ago opened my account at this branch and had a great experience every visit until one random day the entire bank was gone, It was so frustrating and inconvenient of them to just move the bank out a warning. Now the nearest Wells Fargo bank is on 10th St west Ave O-8(traffic central) or Ave L and 40th west (traffic central part2)

Love it. Had a horrible time with Chase, just trying to get my elderly mother to set up an account... Chase required all kinds of absurd proofs of residency that an elderly person who just moved won't have. After 3 tries with Chase, I gave up... Called this Wells Fargo and talked to a nice guy named Daniel. He told me all I needed was two forms of ID from my mother, and the money to fund the account. We met with a great person who really took the time with my mother. She was very patient and kind. Even when my mother asked her for advice for a hair cut, she was super kind and took the time to ask around and tell her where she might get a good hair cut. :) 40 minutes or so later, we had mom's bank account setup. I should have come here first... I wasted 3 weeks with Case. This is a major win, and I'm considering moving my bank of america accounts over to wells fargo.

Opened a new account here with the intention of moving all my money from Bank of America mostly because this branch is convenient to where I live. Told the girl that was opening my account I would get a cashier's check and move my money over. Went and got a cashier's check (it would not have been feasible to get that much cash) and brought it over for deposit. The teller tells me that there's a seven day hold on the check. Um, it's a cashier's check. So now all of my money is tied up for seven days because I'm switching to your bank. Left, took the cashier's check back to Bank of America and will be returning later today to close my account. Zero customer service. If I could give this location a zero I would.

I have been a member with Wells Fargo since 1985 and at this branch since it has been open. I have dealt with the branch manager Susan, personal banker Howard and the counter clerks, Denisse, Maria, Crystal and Jimmy. I have never been treated rude or unprofessional while being serviced at this branch, whether making a deposit or dealing with a business matter. One particular time during a death of a family member who had made me the executor of estate, they gave me extremely good information on how to proceed with handling the situation. It saved me time and grief by doing so. They were very professional and sympathetic regarding what I had to go through. I commend Wells Fargo for how this particular branch has been trained and I get sad when they have to leave for a promotion or is transferred. In my opinion they get an outstanding grade. Great group of people to deal with.

Well, these people can not get it together. They get called on the carpet for poor customer and not doing their job and then take it out on their customers and treat them as criminals. Where as had they done their job they would have found out that yes there are real people in Palmdale that have money, pay their bills and do the right thing. The corporate office needs to overhaul this office and clean house. I am fed up.

There was no experience because this bank doesn't open till 10:00 a.m. how inconvenient for anyone. They should open when vons opens that would be the logical thing to do. Whoever made these hours should be in trouble for that
