Our company banks with Wells Fargo, and I have to make deposits there and some days it's the worst because it takes forever to see a teller, but today was a fantastic day five tellers I was in and out

Understaffed, super slow. Poor customer service. Waited over 20 minutes just to make a withdrawal. After 30 minutes I left because the line did not move. Just 1 teller. It is the second time I came to this branch.

9 out of 10 times it's a 30 minute wait inline to make a deposit at the counter The branch on 10th st west. 5 or 10 min wait

I'm here one week since my last review. ONCE AGAIN, they are understaffed. I've been here for 20 minutes, with two tellers, and only five people ahead of me. Behind me are five more people now. Just now, the manager comes out and announces to everyone in line: "We're about to only have one teller for the next while, so go to the ATM if you can." She adds, "We also only have one banker, so if you don't have an appointment, you won't be able to see anyone." Absolutely terrible customer service, which completely contradicts the sign posted behind the tellers: "We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy." -Henry Wells.

I know this bank doesn't have drive thru ATM, but they only have two ATMs outside, if you want to use them after bank closes, usually only one works, when both work you don't have any privacy from the person next to you. They had a while ago a small divider, what happened to it ? What a hazzle.

I've had my account here for years but this is not my primary bank. For some reason I started drifting away from Wells Fargo. This 5 star review was much to my own surprise when I set an appointment with Diana. I'm happy to say she went above and beyond just good costumer service. Even though I took a lot of her time she made me feel as if I was her priority and that she genuinely wanted to help me. Before I left she made sure I had all my documents signed correctly and in order. Definitely considering banking more with WF.

I have been to a lot ofWells Fargo Banks and otHer banks, the difference is huge on this location. They always have two tellers and all these other people just standing around. It shouldn't be super full early in the morning. I hear the phones ringing and ringing with so many people NOT doing their job you would assume someone would answer. So I feel bad for that person. I stood in line for 30 minutes and by the time I neared the teller, someone came to assist an elderly lady who had been patiently waiting. (I noticed her when I walked in) so if the people standing around are supposed to help those with questions we'll I'm just amazed at the lack of incompetence in these employees and management. This branch makes Wells Fargo look bad. I have a chase account as well and I'll take my business else where, where i don't have to half an hour to make a deposit and treated with kindness.

been with wells fargo for about 4 years and never had a problem until my debit card kept getting charged for transactions i didnt do, went in to see if they can help me resolve the problem, all they would do is give me a new card and thats it, this happened to me for 5 times. this place has a history of employees stealing customers socials and using them. would NOT trust them. i switched banks as soon as i could.

went yesterday to open an account. I got there @5 and one the guys told me he would help me just to take a seat after waiting for over 30 mins, I was sitting in the lobby when a lady came up to me telling me that they were closed I can come back tomorrow tomorrow I explained I had been waiting over 30 mins and the guy in one of the windows said he would help me, she stated no at 6 they closed and if he helped it I wanted the next Moring definitely going across the street to chase way better customer service, ANYONE reading this save the rude bs a** ppl here and go else where

Long lines, 1 teller at window and 3 workers standing around for I assume for questions about banking??? Why???you rather have people waiting in line angry then put your paid workers to work.

So I went In Today like every month to make a deposit to a business not personal but for a business and I had never been ask for an I.D before to make a deposit and today that my car wasn't working and that I had to take the bus with my daughter and me been pregnant was so upsetting to find out they wanted to see my I.D this teller guy with a ( beer bold head Latino) i did t get he's name or else I would of put it instead of he's description .. well any ways.....he has no type of professionalism as far as saying hi or a smile he makes me feel discriminated and not happy with he's wrong answers all the time the lines are insane and for u to go to a teller to get help and for him to give u attitude is ridiculous he has a job cause of us ... I don't mind show my I.D but maybe everyone should be doing there job right it was so upsetting this teller always gives me s*** ... poor but very poor customer service from this teller I'm so glad I don't bank with them.. and ever time people mention Wells Fargo it's like well I'm so glad I have chase .. cause the fees are less Wells Fargo stills big time ... 47th and R

I love their customer service don't have any problems with this Bank or this location when you go to the bank you should know there's going to be a waiting time it's not get in and get out very rare when that happens but other than that they have great customer service each and every employee including managers always helpful always asking questions to see how can they assist you better.

Everytime I try to deposit money in the morning this happens. I am very unhappy. How much do you want to bet I'll get hit with a fee because I can't put money in my account???? Thanks Wells Fargo

Worst Wells Fargo I have ever been in, Crowded,Slow & the douche banker would not cash my check unless I put the money in my account ... Complete B/S ! ... STAY AWAY from this location !

Worst customer service in Wells Fargo, is this one here on 47th st east and Ave R. Tellers just gossiping at the entrance of the bank, while 2 tellers helping the long line. I can see one of the tellers inside asking for help from the tellers gossiping. They just laugh like hell nah. Very unprofessional. These clowns get paid for this s*** service? Help the customers when they walk in and leave the gossip for after work. You are here to serve us.
