I was at the store on 6/27/24 around 8 pm and I had a very unpleasant experience with the man who is in the payment machine I separate the food from the other things because I have a food stamp and the rest to pay it with my debit card but for some reason the machine sends to ask for assistance and it's when this man comes and he asks me questions that I didn't understand he is talking to me with an attitude a little out of place as if I were a criminal he put a video where I saw myself scanning the products it was a bad time and I let him know that I feel bad with that situation I think wallmart should better train the staff how to do their job without making people feel bad

Just like the super Walmart but only food and lines are quicker. Alot of the time you have to check the dates on things, they don't really rotate stock very well and they are limited on certain items.

This is the worst store I've ever seen and the stuff I got was really bad and I don't know why they didn't take the job seriously and give me the broken /old items and I took all the food to the store to get my money back and I waited 30 minutes and finally got my refund and changed the staff three times and they didn't know what they were doing and this is the last time I came to “Worstmark”. By the way （The manager of this store will only be busy with meetings and will not have time to deal with customer service ) .

I've been to this Walmart several times and it's always so disappointing. February 15 at 9: 30 a.m. spent over 25 minutes at the deli department, trying to get service. Several employees passed by and never asked if we needed any help. After 10 minutes we asked an employee to help us and she said they were out to lunch at 9:30 am. Went to the customer service desk, and again asked for help. The person behind the desk was very rude and annoyed and dismissed us with " I'll page someone". Well, after another 10 minutes, no one ever came.

For the most part I like this neighborhood Walmart . But today I went in to buy a few things. I bought these Hostess Cupcakes and when I opened a cupcake at home it looked kind of dry on top. So I checked the date on the box and it said December 14, 2023. Today is January 7th, 2024. Few months back my mom was buying some Flour and the date was like 2 months past the date on the package. You guys are quick to check my receipt every time I’m there and I don’t have an issue with that even though not sure what they checking because all they do is mark the receipt but you guys need to have your people check the dates on these things. From now on I’m checking dates.

They are sometimes out of an item when I shop in person. That in itself doesn't warrant 2 stars, However, when it comes to pickuo orders and there are broken eggs or missing items that I was charged for on top of being out of certain items 2 stars is generous. Yes they made it right and credited me for the missing items when I called to complain, so there is that. But they are 0 for 3 on my pickup orders - always a problem. In contrast my orders from the Super Walmart on 10th street have so far been perfect. So maybe the manager at the local store can learn something from the manager of the Superstore. On the other hand, if I decide to go back to buying in person, Winco seems to always have things in stock and they have better prices. Just sayin

I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to for this one. Every time I go up there there’s this lady that works there always staring and watching me put my groceries up and questioning me and thinks I’m stealing and mind you I have my one year old daughter with me every time I go. She makes me uncomfortable and her staring at me and thinking I’m not buying some groceries, she’s just weird and a Karen. She needs to stop nagging me and staring at me every time I go to this particular Walmart. Tell her to stop approaching and questioning me please and thank you!

Update, I stopped in today for some grocery items. Shelves are fully stocked, and prices are less than most of the surrounding stores.Also..... there was hardly anyone else in the store.I must have picked the right day and time to shop.------This is a neighborhood, Wallmart. Food and pharmacy only.Usually very busy. With only one attendant at check out.
