Lying employees. We were promised that nothing in our plan would change. That Verizon just renamed the plan and drop rates. Too good to be true? That's what we thought until the manager verified and that's what we went with. We lost our hotspot and now rarely receive 5g. Thanks Verizon.....

Probably the worst Verizon store I have been to! They do nothing but swindle you so they can get a commission and lie about everything. Went in over the Christmas holiday during their new iPhone deal sale and was told that with the purchase of the new iPhone I would get an Apple Watch for free. Ordered the Apple Watch, and low and behold I am still having to make payments on this new Apple Watch which was supposed to be “free.” They then stated that Verizon 5G internet was available where I lived, set me up with the internet and I went on my way thinking I’m all set with both devices. I get home attempt to setup the internet and it will not connect to any towers, I call actual Verizon support the next day and they state that the router was setup for an address in Texas so it was looking for towers there, they then tell me that the 5G internet is not available where I live so they said I would receive a label to ship it back. Two weeks go by and I receive nothing, I call Verizon support and explain this, they tell me I can take it into a store and they will accept it back and return it. I asked them to confirm this with this store before wasting time going there, they call them directly and the store states that I can bring in the device and they will accept it and process the return. I go in the next day, and am told the total opposite and that I would need to have a label shipped to my house, after explaining that Verizon is the one who stated this is what the store said before coming in, and was told Verizon has no clue what they are talking about. Needless to say, I left the store and went to the store around the corner and returned the device! Total deceivers in this store, don’t waste your time and go to the actual Verizon store around the corner!

Andre and Kevin are amazing. They helped and answered all the questions I had. They were able to help me resolve an issue I’ve been having that Verizon customer service couldn’t resolve. They resolved my issue within 10 min of walking into the store. I definitely recommend them 10/10. I will drive the 30 min out of my way to go see them because they are quite literally the only reason I am staying with Verizon.

Warning. Employee misuse of resources. Deceptive way of charging on customer billing. Customer service is unprofessional in business code of conduct, after they sign you on. Many months trying to correct, incorrect billing with no luck. Have to check 1star to post

I had a worse experience with this branchVictra Verizon 10th st in Palmdale. As the lady over there and the man her name is Dayana and his name is Andre , first Dayana she ordered a wrong phones then she told me that my bill will be more by $20 only as of the loyalty offer and then when I went to receive my them she said that my bill will be $400 and then when I checked I found they added new lines which I didn’t request this I refused it and in addition to that they canceled my existing line and transferred to other phone without my permission or even without letting me know or even any information which is finally end up to bill $500 which is considered as cheating and fraud that is they forced me to sue them

Employees were very friendly and answered all of our questions. They were quick to help us out and were very kind and professional. Selections were minimal but with their help we were able to order the phone we wanted.

Dayanna did an amazing job helping me get a tablet and set up on the new Verizon internet.She was really helpful and even was able to explain things over the phone to my partner. Highly suggest this store.

Kevin and Tevin were both very kind and hospitable! Kevin assisted me with upgrading my phone and was really patient throughout the entire process; they are really attentive to their customers and were able to answer any question I had.
