Disastrous Experience at Verizon Wireless Store:I recently visited the Verizon Wireless store with the intention of upgrading three phones and inquiring about home internet for two different locations. The ordeal began with a lengthy 45-minute wait, during which the store manager, Sergio, finally attended to me.Upon being assigned a sales representative named Fabiola, I encountered a rude demeanor and uncomfortable questioning about my current plan and service issues. Not only did she fail to properly greet us or inquire about our visit, but she also insisted on upselling without addressing our concerns.Feeling frustrated and uncomfortable with the poor customer service, I left the store briefly, returning five minutes later to file a formal complaint with the manager, Sergio. Shockingly, he was conveniently "on lunch" and, after a 45-minute wait, accused me of causing trouble in his store when I finally spoke with him. Despite explaining the situation, he provided information to cancel my lines.The entire experience was marred by unprofessionalism, indifference, and an utter lack of customer care. I have lodged a formal complaint with Verizon and, regrettably, will be terminating my contract due to this distressing incident.

Not enough help. To pay bill. Machine weren't take my payment. Then had to wait. What happened to the good old days. Use to love this location

Staff are very helpful, but service can be slow based on assistance being provided to prior customers. Additionally, unless you require in person tech assistance or do not have access to wifi, recommend tech assistance to include new phone updates be conducted at home since store wifi is public and shared by multiple users.

This store has amazing managers. I have been dealing with an issue with Verizon Customer Service for three months, this stores managers have gone above and beyond to help me. If it wasnt for this locations managers Verizon would lose us as customers. Sergio thank you for your assistance today. ?

The worst customer service from this store.I have tried to use this store multiple times in the past and have been burned every single time. The sales personnel who work here do not care about the customer, especially if you order anything online. They will not confirm your online order unless you go to the store, and when you get there they try to tell you they cant fulfill the order because they no longer have the device.They do this because they dont get commission if its sold online, so they will do what ever they can to not complete your order and force you to cancel your online purchase. This has happened multiple times to me and I have had to call Verizon corporate to get any kind of resolution. This store needs some serious top down retraining.

Switched over to Verizon from ATT and I regret the whole decision . I've been experiencing horrible service on the Verizon network to the point it even takes my iMessages minutes to send at a time . The manager Sergio Molina was no help either . Instead of trying to find a solution or offer help about my situation he told me I'm receiving all these discounts that I have no reason to be mad . Yes I am receiving discounts but at what cost to my service ? I am on Verizon's best plan supposedly with no throttling of my data speeds . But yet I am experiencing horrible service to where my iMessages take minutes to send . And the excuse was that I'm receiving discounts ? That's not cool . I don't recommend anybody to transfer over to Verizon . Stay with ATT T-Mobile Metro PCs because at this point they are all superior to Verizon especially when it comes to customer service . Big thumbs down to this place and the way they treat their customers . Especially from a manager who is supposed to play a lead role and show other associates how it's done . No good man no good .

Came into this location twice, never going back. I went to the store in Lancaster because I was done with this location. First day of course they greet you and treat you great, but once they messed up I went in the second time they don’t help you fix the problem. They redirect you to calling in. So after a week without a phone. Customer service over the phone resolves everything. No thanks to the store all they do is give you the run around. I would give them a zero star but you have to pick one so 1 star because so didn’t have an option!
