Switched over to Verizon from ATT and I regret the whole decision . I've been experiencing horrible service on the Verizon network to the point it even takes my iMessages minutes to send at a time . The manager Sergio Molina was no help either . Instead of trying to find a solution or offer help about my situation he told me I'm receiving all these discounts that I have no reason to be mad . Yes I am receiving discounts but at what cost to my service ? I am on Verizon's best plan supposedly with no throttling of my data speeds . But yet I am experiencing horrible service to where my iMessages take minutes to send . And the excuse was that I'm receiving discounts ? That's not cool . I don't recommend anybody to transfer over to Verizon . Stay with ATT T-Mobile Metro PCs because at this point they are all superior to Verizon especially when it comes to customer service . Big thumbs down to this place and the way they treat their customers . Especially from a manager who is supposed to play a lead role and show other associates how it's done . No good man no good .

I came to this store on sunday having cell phone problems.I had a great customer service by Fabiola. asked her so many questions and she handled it so well with knowledge. I would recommend this store to family and friends. Ask for Fabiola or manager Jose. They are great!! Thumbs up

RACISM ON 1/23!!!! My husband and I own a business in quartz hill. We have used Verizon for our personal and business needs for years. We have over 25 business lines open. One of our iPads Sim cards stopped working, and we received two iPads as replacements for stolen iPads that were also not working when we received them. My husband took the three iPads to Verizon to have the Sim cards activated. For over three hours the employee Uzriel laughed at, belittled, and accused my husband. The Verizon employee refused to assist us in activating the SIM cards, because my husband couldn't login to his "Verizon business" app. Uzriel took all 3 SIM cards out of our iPads and refused to give them back. Uzriel also asked for our business EIN and my husbands full SSN! My husband is a young, black man, with a very lucrative business. He never goes to Verizon but our office manager and PA had the day off so he took it upon himself to get this squared away. Not only was my husband profiled, but the police were waiting outside for him when he walked out of Verizon. Uzriel and the unnamed "manager" also locked our account on suspicion of fraud! We immediately called corporate. Funny, corporate was able to locate our account within minutes and activated all three iPads. We used the IMEI number on each iPad to connect them to our business account. We have had quite a few racist encounters but nothing as grossly audacious as this. My husband is a kind and soft spoken person, I on the other hand, am not. This is my second of MANY steps to seek Justice for the way we were treated at VERIZON! You can bet that.

Came in today and saw Ricky. We have had a long business relationship at a different location. When our previous rep left, we struggled to find another that could match the exceptional service. Ricky was very helpful today! He helped us reduce our bill and was honest with what he thought would and wouldn't work. He offered current promotions and had a positive attitude. We will return and see how things go.

They won't ever send a technician to make repairs or install new/replacement equipment. They expect their customers to do the work for them!!! If that's not bad enough, they "lock " you into their service and then keep raising prices every couple of months!!! Outrageously corrupt company that doesn't give a rip about customer satisfaction

This store alone almost caused me to cancel my whole verizon account. I have been a customer for over 15 years and not once have i had such horrible customer service. I came in to switch a defective brand new phone and the guy jokingly says were closed. I laughed... i can take a joke. He then says sorry you need the box. Ok whatever the verizon tech didnt tell me that who referred me to take my phone in. So i return with the box the next evening at 6:30 and some yahoo with an ipad says "how can we help you" i explain and then he suddenly says "sorry our appointments are all closed for the evening". ARE YOU KIDDING ME THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! "Oh that takes 30-45 mins and were closing soon" is what he says. YOU GUYS SUCK i tell him as I walked out. They obviously only care about going home and avoiding actual customer service work. This place shouldn't even be repping the Verizon brand. This is the Last time i ever go back to these lazy incompetent imbeciles of the Palmdale store. If a store closes at 7 they should help customers until closing. If they run 5/10 mins past closing then suck it up.. its not their personal company!!! And the "appointments" game.. give me a break there was NOBODY in front of me at 630pm!!! Dissapointing and i hope verizon makes that whole palmdale store take customer service classes!!!

I was in dire need of a new screen protector, and Tevon took great care of me! (Trust me, this was a challenge) Everyone in the shop was friendly and the service was super quick and efficient!
