I took my mentee to go bowling with me and the manager (Brennan or Brandon) was very cordial and professional the whole time. I had misplaced my receipt and couldn't do the survey about my experience. It was a top notch experience and I like to keep my word when I do something to help someone. I forget very often as I am constantly busy. 10 /10”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree this weekend and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi, at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, He greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent !!!

Rooms: Very clean rooms the bedding was warm and comfy. The restrooms have full size shampoos, conditioners , bodywash , and lotion bottles. The rooms are big with blackout curtains, they have AC , small fridge, Safe , and also a small dinning table with fancy confortable. Chairs.

Food and drinks: They have breakfast buffet at the hotel for under $16 , accross the street there is mexican restaurant, AmPm gas station and del taco.”
