They are not helpful what so ever and never pick up the phone, called over 5 times with a problem and was not answered once, what type of people do you employee USPS.

THIS IS THE WORST POSTAL SERVICE. THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGES OR DELIVER TO WRONG ADDRESS AND NOTHING IS DONE. Gustavo Solis Rojas shame on you how dare you close your email with sincerely. There's nothing sincere about you are that post office. I wish I could give no stars.

I payed extra for my package to be delivered on the December 22 they asked for one more day is the 24th and my package is still not there and they’re keeping it overnight when it could’ve been delivered today what’s the point in that waste of my money and I can’t even get a refund because the stupid website doesn’t work right

1st time I go they say they don’t help print out return label so went out of my way to print somewhere else for me to come back and tell me they don’t tape package for me but can buy tape there if I want. You LITERALLY send packages all day and can’t tape up for the customer! Worst customer service. Never going back!

Henry is the rudest man I’ve ever encountered anywhere I was asking another associate for help in finding my package and he responded to GO CHECK THE POSTAL OFFICE ON 20TH, which I already did and they sent me here so … for one I was calm and asking a simple question until Henry made me upset . This man is extremely rude and disrespectful he needs to be fired

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They put my 5lb package in somebody else's post office box or they stole my package, no in between. And since it was delivered to a box, I can't file a claim. Lost $120 worth of stuff in that package. They keep saying their systems are down. Which is just lies. This post office probably steals. They need to be investigated. There are crimes being committed.

What has compelled me to write a review was that I went to the Better Business Bureau and realized posting a review was better. This is by far the worst USPS delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. Although, delivery status of my item indicated it was scanned and delivered, it was never delivered to ME. My mailbox is part of a cluster of other mailboxes and apparently the postal person failed to put it in the right mailbox! I guess they are okay with the lousy service they provide because they really did no research and just went with "Delivered" upon my request for investigation and that's another story. I had to struggle to submit the claim over 4 times online on different occasions to get it successfully through that my item was never received. Then when I get a response, they actually had done no adequate research. I am so glad the item I ordered did not cost me a lot, but just imagine it if did! I had ordered my item from Ebay. It was a Samsung Case for my tablet costing a total of $16.53. If the Postal person failed to put it in the right mail box and I paid say over 50 dollars, I'm just screwed! Lousy... lousy service! I wonder how much of my mail has gone to the wrong address. It really makes you wonder now. USPS needs to step up and do better. With Amazon, I get way better customer service. Well, I did re-order for another Samsung case for my tablet and this time is was from Amazon. That case came in the mail two days later with no issues. They even take pictures of their deliveries! Shame on you USPS!
