Been coming here for over a year to pick up my mail, because of neighbors dog, it’s very inconvenient that no one knows when we will get a mail man. No one has answers! Also, I think is unfair that we have to pay the consequences of a bad dog owner.

Horrible all I can is LATOYA, I have to come 2 to 3 times a week because someone stole are whole mail box. This women is the slowest, and rudest person ever, they make good money and act as if your the problem. She should be fired.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I haven’t received any mail since January due to animal interference lousy neighbor not our fault but if you don’t ask for all the mail including days prior they will only bring you that days mail. I had a package delivery attempt tracking update read held at post office I went to pick it up the day after said that there is no package once I gave them the tracking number they said oh yea it says it’s here but your carrier didn’t see it leave your info and we will try to find it for you so unless your push for them to do their job they won’t bother and not only that a young girl came in cut even in line and got her mail and packages before any of the other customers waiting so they don’t even bother keeping track of who comes in first

is this place slow? yeah, definitely. but the workers are quick, knowledgeable and courteous. the problem is all of you people showing up not knowing what you even want. they have signs posted everywhere that they don't take credit cards or sell stamps, but you will wait in line for an extra 10 minutes because of the idiots who would rather complain that they didn't bring cash or need stamps.
i feel bad the workers here have to deal with idiots who have obviously never worked in any type of customer-service job. treat the workers better. five stars for the workers, 0 stars for the majority of the people waiting in line

Somebody in this office is getting lazier than usual and unlawfully labeling my packages as "delivery attempted" and "held at facility by customer's request". In reality, they never came and neither me, not my wife requested the packages to be held for pickup. We live 35 minute drive away from the Annex which, in addition to wait time, it takes half my working morning to come get the package.
If I could, I would AVOID buying anything online shipped by the USPS.
This makes a traditional federal agency that should be a national pride, look like a disgrace.

Update: Called today and spoke to a nice lady who did assist me with my missing package. She let me know it was scanned at a different location not where my mail box is. She is on it and will keep me posted.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have had two very recent complaints against my mail delivery person and now she is marking my stuff delivered in my mail box and it's not. It was delivered yesterday and nothing. Checked today and nothing. She is not giving me m y packages. No one answers the phone when you call. You suck for a business that handles people's items.

You can't complain you not getting your mail. They will send their carrier to intimidate you. So now you have wait till the carrier leaves to get your mail. I have not said she did it I just said was not getting my mail. Could be their office. Oh when they find out your race they play the race card. I from California Portuguese blood. Not against no one never raised to hate. She is not only African American carrier that delivers mail at our complex. But she the only one who confronted me!

Never answer the phone, hours are wrong when you call. Mail man delivering my mail to wrong mail boxes etc.

They need to hire more employees, they wait for hours and they don't attend to it, it's a big company, how is it possible that they do so much waiting for people, it's very bad all the time, it's like this, they spend hours waiting
