So I went to cash my check as usual like I do every week I don't have an account with this company but I cash my check there every week with no issues but today this rude client relations consultant named esvin Morales threatened to not cash my check unless I gave himy social and address I've cashed my check here before and never had an issue all they ever asked for was an ID and the fee they charge he was rude to me and threatened to not cash my check if I didn't give him what he asked I told him to cash my check and I never had to answer these questions before and he insisted that if I didn't do what he said he would not cash my check... It's a payroll check from US Bank how are you not going to cash my US Bank check definitely won't be visiting this place anymore I would rather pay more elsewhere instead of getting treated like s*** here

This branch is the worst one I have ever been too!! I went to the branch to make a withdrawal from my cards. The atm was down which isn't a big deal so I went inside to complete both transactions. There was no line so I went straight to the teller who asked how I could help. I explained what I wanted to do and he said yes he could help. My first card wasn't accepted as it was an American Express so I said fine no problem and moved to the next card. He told me he couldn't help me on this transaction after giving him the card and my ID. I asked why and he said cause there are two names on this card. I said yes and that my name was there as he could clearly see. And the other was my son's name. He said well he needs to come in with his id. I told him he's my son who is a minor and seven years old. He gets an accusatory attitude and tells me "well how do I really know that". I told him you know what that's f****ing ridiculous and left. I never had a problem before no matter where I go to do my business but this place is by far has the WORST customer service and with a teller with that bad of an attitude I'm so glad that I don't bank with them. And now with this experience I never will either. I called in to their customer service line who deals with accounts and she told me that I should have never had this issue since my name is on the card.

I went into this bank w/the intention of needing a cashiers check, they let me know I had to open an account. So I agreed, after some time, Gloria the teller comes to the desk and tells me that their refusing to open an account with me because I said I supposedly said I was gonna close the account the next day. Those words never even came out of my mouth. She was accusing of me saying something I never said. Horrible customer service. Fast forward she opens an account for my husband, and we then find out, she opened an extremely limited account and she didn't tell us that. If anyone comes to this location, I highly recommend working with someone other than Gloria.

Worse bank ever. Their app is terrible and when you go into the bank you have to worry about getting mugged because it's a very ghetto area.

I have been banking here for a few years, I have 2 accounts. Personal and Business. I have never had an issue with this bank until today! Somehow my monthly work check got lost which caused my account to be overdrawn, we’re not talking about a small check either, it’s over $7,000.00 so I went in to talk to Gloria who deposited my check the day before and she was just as confused as I was on what was going on! But let me tell you that she was so wonderful, she worked most of the afternoon on getting this taken care of and waived all fees and even made sure I had some money in my account for today! My check should be cleared back in my account by tomorrow morning! Thank you Gloria for all your help today, and hopefully everything will be back to normal tomorrow

This bank is horrible I closed my account because the atm always had problems. I been waiting 30 minutes of my precious time so far sitting in the branch just so they can close my account again make sure ppl that these employees do there job right

Had to get some petty cash quick this morning. I decided to ride my bike to the USBANK atm on Palmdale boulevard and also get in a quick workout in the process. The buttons on the atm machine outside the bank was not working so, disregarding my inner voice,I decided to go inside the bank and get the money. I asked the managers permission to bring my bike inside as well. He was polite, allowing me to do so. He asked what was my transaction and I informed him that the atm was malfunctioning and since I didn't have my I D, I would go to the counter. He agreed. The lady at the counter asked me a few questions to establish my identity, and appeared dissatisfied with my answers. I then gave her the last four numbers of my checking account which I believe only I would know . She still wasn't satisfied and said she needed to see her manager. She returned a few minutes later and told me to go outside and wait for the atm to come back on. I felt humiliated standing there in my cycling outfit , with the other customers looking at me as if I tried to do something nefarious . I consider my self to be law abiding, I actually work in law enforcement. I am certain she saw that when she asked me the amount of my last deposit. Totally disappointed with my bank visit this morning .I won't be using this branch again anytime soon. By the way I went up to the 7-11 store at the end of the block and got my money from their atm.

I've been going to this bank for 10 years. All the bank tellers are wonderful people. There is no long long waiting for the teller. Super fast service and I'm very happy with it.

Hazel has the worst of the worst customer service skills. She involves herself in things that are at management level and she is no manager. Her attitude is unprofessional. I called and asked to speak to the branch manager and she stated that she was the manager I explained my issue and she stated that it couldnt be resolved come to find out she is not the branch manager. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasnt in I left a message for him to call me
