PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO SO AVOID THAT PLACE!
An old man that works there before I was charged screamed at a customer so loud instead of helping him resolve the issue. The store was full of people and he didn’t care to show respect for the anyone, so the customer also yelled at him, I thought they were going to fight because of how angry both of them were. I don’t understand how people like that work in a store where people pay for a service, we don’t get anything for free!!! The picture below is the guy that is super rude, horrible customer service! UPS do better!!!!

Called to ask questions about buying a label for a friend from another state and was met with attitude when I told him I didn't have the box dimensions and asking them which would be best. Terrible place

Harry is always on a power trip. If you don't want to take amazon returns then don't be contracted to take them. I have had multiple things scanned but not got my money back because amazon didn't get them because harry gets mad he hs to put them in the clear bag and tape them. I think he really hates his job and customer service is probably not the job for him because it is frequent and with multiple people so not just a one off. Refused to provide proof that he canceled my items so is he fraudulently returning the items and then I will get charged again like I have in the past?

Several days ago I needed to mail an envelope via USPS. I came to this UPS store and was "greeted" by an older man who looked very angry. He looked up the cost on his computer and quoted me a UPS fee of over $10. I told him that I wanted to send it via USPS and he said that it did not give him that option.I left and went to the post office, where I mailed it for $5.95.That man was rude and unhelpful. How people like that stay in business is a mystery to me.

Apparently the Amazon issue has yet to be resolved. The box I brought in clearly had the label that it was shipped with. Instead I was told that it needs another box. I was directed to instruction number 2 on the Amazon app which does not state anything about a box needed. The item was in its original box as it was shipped. The really do waste peoples time.UPDATE:Had no issues at another store. Just know that this store has issues that they need to resolve. I followed the rules and they chose to be difficult at this location.
