Great staff especially the lady that helped us with my Amazon return. She also went above and beyond to one customer who needed assistance with a missing personal belongings. My recommendation is they need to hire additional personnel because the line could get very long.

Associate Winter was so welcoming to everyone. So patient and conversational with everyone who was ahead of me. Then when she helped us so kind and sweet to my daughter. It just made a difference to have an energy like that. The other associate was very patient with a customer if she was helping. It makes some experiences feel like we live in a small town.

I've been to this location a few times now. Every time I have been I find another reason to be impressed with the quality of service from Winter. She keeps a big smile on her face, greets customers when coming in and even remembers the regular's names. On my last visit the line was out of the door; for most places that means that the quality of service will drop, but not for Winter. She was still providing great service and helped make the long wait not feel so long. She is the kind of person another business owner would want to poach. 10/10 in customer service.

Staff here are so friendly! There would be a long line but they knock it down so fast, and don’t look annoyed with all my amazon returns. You guys rock! Keep up the good spirit : )!

Horrible serviceI opened a po box and they gave a box that was already in use, then had to change out my box and went in multiple times before they found the keys to my new box.While waiting for mail, it showed delivered on tracking but was misplaced by the ups store.Asked to cancel my box since i have not been able to use it and when mail was sent they lost it.Owner would not refund or credit anything.The contract is only 15 days old.What a waste of time and money.Stay away from this place

The customer service was excellent. I believe the ladies name was Winter. She had a smile on her face. She was moving and getting things done. Kudos to her. Give that woman a bonus!! She was very helpful not only with us but the customers ahead of us.
