They are the worst shop in the AV. They stole the car after we gave them the down payment to fix it and never called back to discuss the issue. They are scamers and severely overpriced too. Negative and rude thieves.

One of the grimiest encounters I've had or seen at a repair shop, second only to videos on pornhub. I came in to get a supplemental on my car for collision damage on a Thursday . The "tech/owner" , let me know that the work that needed to get done will reflect the preliminary inspection estimate and that the normal process of reaching out to the adjuster for approval on rates and parts would be done . I asked for any fees associated with the supplemental and he said the insurance company would pay it . This guy , starts the process of the supplemental by taking the car apart and to determine the actual cost for the repairs . I called him twice following dropping off the car and to confirm that no repairs get done until I'm properly informed the following Monday ( A date they chose ) . Since most insurance companies are closed on the weekend and won't respond . He took upon himself to start the repairs before informing me what needed to get done, without insurance approval or what the inspector feedback was . Upon coming to the realization that he started the process without telling me , he mentioned the paperwork I signed when I left the car allows him to start repairs without my approval .Reading the UNFILLED out paperwork , Which does not include any of the work needed for repairs . To this day , the supplemental i asked for was not completed but they started to work on the car without my approval . They gave me back my vehicle in this condition:Not to mention , the icing on top they drove my car back with a flat rear passenger tire . That were just purchased 2 months prior to this . After pointless back and forth, with a person that believes being louder than the other person and speaking over them makes them right . They blessed me with the ability of taking my car . He repeatedly said "that he doesn't work for free. That they in fact don't want my business " Even though I asked if there was a fee for the supplemental prior to leaving my car . I was happy to pay a supplemental fee , if the outcome happened to be I didn't want to deal with repairs . He got greedy and wasn't happy after my reaction to seeing the state of my car . I reached out to the insurance adjuster, about the supplemental that he said was submitted Thursday the day I dropped off the car . He assured me that he did not receive any email or call about my vehicle and verified again while on the phone with me . Save yourself the headache , and take your car somewhere else. They'll start work that was not approved by the insurance to force you in a position to pay them or else face a lien . I was already dealing with the issues from an unlicensed driver hitting my car to begin with . Having this encounter was delightful to the add to the mix . I hope I can save other unsuspecting people from getting involved with these people . Like they said when I first met with them "word of mouth is how we get business ". Bet.

The vehicle Had previous body work done ask an employee if they would be able to finish the car agree drove to the establishments manager was disrespectful name call to my a piece of sh*t didnt want to work on it would not recommend to go this establishments would recommend anywhere else

Amazing job! I am a big fan of their work ! I had a huge dent in my vehicle from a bullet graze and it removed my paint as well. Went everywhere and they were scared to touch it. Alberto at Tri Valley took care of my vehicle and left it looking brand new ! it came out better than when i brought it in! Paint matched perfectly and did a great job sanding and polishing ! Highly recommended, I am a detailer and this is the only shop i take my vehicles to! (pictures were before sand and polish)Services: Auto body & trim repair

another body shop had gotten some weird residue stuck on my hood and fenders and trivalley was able to take care of it when the other shop couldn't, and got the car looking great within a day, highly recommended

I got 2 of my vehicles done here and the work turned out great. The price is also great. Thanks Alberto, Lidia and Carlos for the great work. I'll be bringing my other car soon for repainting once I have money saved up.
