I went to the store yesterday and i saw a group of girls waiting outside the store criticizing other girl just because she was pretty. They were trying to make her feel uncomfortable because they knew she was also looking for Hello kitty stuffs. They should be banned from the store because i heard they do the same to other girls. Shame on this store that is allowing them to take everything and also let them bullied other customers. They need to put a limit or they need to banned them from the store. They do the same to everyone. The manager and the employees already know who im talking about. Stop those bullies everyone deserves a chance. Next time I’m going to take a picture so everyone can get an idea who they are. I hate bullies period!!!!

The sensor on the purses makes it difficult to look at without setting off the alarms. Large assortment of cosmetics, discouraged with the long lines at the cashier check out.

It’s nice people but 2 registers open with 35 people on line waiting 25 minutes, with the manager just standing there walking around not helping.

A few of the employees here are rude and very unaccommodating. The line was backed up to the women's clothing area and there were only 2 cashiers so I decided to take my items to jewelry and check out since I was buying earrings anyway. The young woman working jewelry had a bad attitude because she was taken away from the duties she was working on to assist me. I had a total of 8 items including the two pairs of earrings. She refused to check me out because accirding to her she could only check out 4 items includingjewlry at a time. I said ok, then we'll do two seperate transactions. She refused to do it so i asked for a manager and her manager stated she was doing me a courtesy of allowing me to check out since it seemed as though I was only buying the earrings to be able to check out faster. That alone was extremely rude, presumptive and 100% incorrect. I don't have to explan myself nor justify my purchase to her or anyone for that matter. Where is the customer service here? If anything, just appease every customer and employee in the store it should have been her pleasure to allow anyone to check out at jewelry even if they were not purchasing jewelry to help with the flow and provide a wonderful customer experience and customer service; but since I was actually purchasing jewelry for a specific reason there should not have been a problem at all. TJ Maxx of Palmdale, CA, this is highly unacceptable. You're a wonderful store that should have customer service at the forefront of every employees list of expectations. This will be a big reason why people will not spend their money with you and decide to go to other places where they're treated with respect and a welcoming spirit. Horrific store.

I always dread going here, but I just think it's cause I often go there during Christmas time. It's a normal TJ Maxx, nothing special. I tend to browse for work pants and shirts, and I can typically find something. The kitchen accessories area is usually nice. Really hate the checkout situation. I often just want to leave my stuff and get out rather than wait in line for 20 minutes.
