“I didn't catch his name but the guy with the cool mustache came through for me in a pinch a few weeks ago. I lost the key to my locking lugnut and had a flat. He came out to me and took the rest of them off, tossed me a great deal on a used tired and then did my front brakes for a really good price the same day. He had me in and out really quick and was just great. I'm not from California and was pretty overwhelmed at the extreme cost different compared to back home. He feels like a back home shop ? I'll go to this shop til I leave cali.”

“I had a blowout on my tire on a Sunday and I called my car's dealership the following Monday to see if they could assist with fixing it. But they couldn't. So I called Palmdale Wheels & Tires after and I spoke to the lovely saleswoman who was extremely helpful! She was able to find my tire at less than the price I had found when I researched around. I came to the shop on Tuesday and was out in about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased witht the service I received and definitely will be coming back for any future tire services. “I have been coming to this Firestone for many years...I have always received honest and excellent service here. I took my car in today to have them do an alignment with a shim on my back tire...a problem another reputable tire company said they could not do and I needed. Their experienced and honest mechanics decided to first check my alignment to make sure it was done properly. Come to figure out I did not need a shim at all and my alignment was in fact perfect!!! What would have been a $300 fix turned out to be 0, thanks to their expertise and honesty...I would highly recommend Palmdale Firestone ”

“I have taken a total of 9 vehicles to this specific Jiffy Lube over the years. To be clear, I do not go here because of Jiffy Lube, I keep returning because of the head mechanic, Chris. His knowledge of vehicles and vehicle repair is unsurpassed. He does an outstanding job with my regular oil changes and has identified/repaired issues that other mechanics could not. The only time I received poor service at this jiffy lube was years ago when I accidentally went there on his day off. He is always kind, personable and professional. He's made it to where I feel confident that he will take care of my vehicle and I actually look forward to the friendly interaction. I will continue going to this jiffy lube as long as Chris is there. Thank you, Chris. Your level of service is appreciated. “Picked up a online grocery order with family. Came to the designated parking spots located on the south side of the building. Not too crowded on a Wednesday evening. After arriving staff was prompt to come out and load the groceries into the car. Friendly helpful service. A wonderful addition to help the community and ease the chore of grocery shopping.”

For this visit, I want to especially shout out to Henry, who jumped right in to help repair an issue with our car while we were there. He went above and beyond service, as he cared for us while we were waiting on the part to arrive, then he quickly repaired our car to get us safely back home.
