The women, who said she was the owner, tried to replace the battery in my Botta watch. After 5 or 6 minutes trying to get the back off she said she couldn't do it. She messed up the screws holding the back on so that I had to pay $40 to have it fixed. When I called her on it she denied doing the damage. She did it for sure, so she has lost another customer. Zero stars is more appropriate.

i’ve been coming to this place for years and i decided to come in to look for a smaller septum to put in cause the one i originally had was too big, when i walked in a employee asked me a question (mind you she had a mask on) but she mumbled it and i didn’t hear her through the mask, i looked up and she gave me a dirty look and i said yes? and she said if you need any help let us know and rolled her eyes. i didn’t appreciate the attitude when walking in and throughout the whole time i was there.i asked her other questions about other piercings i was looking for and i didn’t bother to look around anymore especially with the kind of energy i kept getting. I’ve worked in a lot of retail and customer service and i’d never talk to a customer the way she did with me.

This place is an AV staple. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they always deliver! There are endless options here for a wide variety of styles and their prices are reasonable. Staff and owners are amazing! Grateful to have a place to get new body jewelry at and shop for anything else I need! If you have yet to go I'd highly recommend a visit. I'm confident you won't leave empty handed

In and out in less than 5 minutes! This place was awesome. We stopped by to have the battery on a watch changed and they were so efficient and quick that we didn't even walk around the whole store before the watch was ready. And the price?! It was less than $7 Although almost everything is locked up, there's a lot of staff and they're all helpful. They have a lot of jewelry and the prices were very reasonable. They're open everyday until 7. Support a small business and find your next piece of jewelry here.

I slipped on the stairs in my house and caught my fall with my left hand and ended up stretching one of the links on my watch and the pin came loose.I took my watch in here to have them reset the pin. The guy took my $16,000 Rolex and placed it on a hard table and used a little rubber hammer to hammer the pin repeatedly against the hard table. I thought this guy knew what was doing until I told him I think it’s a screw, you need to screw it in. He then took a small screw driver and screwed it back in. Then he handed me the watch after butchering it and he completely ruined the finish on the link he was hammering on both sides.I showed him what he had done and he nonchalantly tells me they don’t have a machine to buff it out, but he can send it to get polished.You think I would ever trust this place to keep my watch or do anything with my watch at all after this? If you don’t know how to screw a pin in a Rolex or work on any watch at all, just send me away. I came in here needing a screw to be screwed in, now I need to take my watch in to have it polished and have a new screw put in, since he demolished mine.
