this is the lowest rating I could give. They are a pain in the a$$to work with. They do have some good people working here, but the rules of upper management made it hard. I would NOT do business with this company,

Roxie committed to a quick close process and delivered! She was very efficient every step of the process. Natalia was also a vital part of the SunWest team that helped us close on our first home and I would definitely recommend to go with them.

I would not recommend this place to anyone . Beware of this place they wouldn't answer my calls they pretty much ghosted me for months while supposed to refinance one star is even too much !
