Terrible here it is Halloween and they literally have a sign saying hey we are done taking patients early today and keep in mind this is at 430 but why because it's Halloween? However; on there regular sign it said we stop taking patients at 530. The owner really needs to step up and get this location in order and also the lady working the front counter had a very poor attitude. This is very unfortunate because Linda is actually a good Nurse Practioner however; her staff needs to evolve and this location really needs to get a better staff people come here for care not attitude.

I'm a firefighter student and I came in for a physical and I walked out completely satisfied. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The doctor was also very professional and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone. They are organizing, clean and nice!

Poor service and people there don't know what they're doing. They need to train their employees better to know if the doctor has to see somebody or not for testing after having them wait for 1.5 hours and the Dr leaves and then turn the patient away...and to find out the patient doesn't have to see the Dr after all! instead of giving the wrong information check your procedures and policies. Ridiculous!!! Do better with your information and employees!

Came in for heat rash. PA kept asking the same questions over and over. Wanted my entire medical history again. I had just went over all that with the nurse. Never really looked at my rash until I offered to take my shirt off. Then she barely looked at it. Asked me if it itched about 4 times in a one minute time span. She then said she would see about steroid cream to make it go away faster and asked what my pharmacy was. When she came back she never even mentioned a prescription just told me to buy some cortisone cream. I asked her about the prescription she said “they” said it was not needed. Not sure who “they” was. Just all around rude. So I asked for her boss,
Which was Linda Plush. She was very helpful, actually examined the rash and gave me a prescription. I wish I had gotten the first ones name. But she was not at all helpful.

My wife took our daughter to doctor Michael regarding some digestive issues. He was great with them, and keeps calling to check on her days later. We appreciate such a caring doctor. Highly recommend them!

It was my first time here, and it was better than I had thought it would be. Small place, but they're open on the weekend, which is a huge plus. Staff was friendly, and I was in and out within an hour.

No wait, super clean, xrays were fast. This was for my son who broke his clavicle snowboarding. Great to have this place as an option!

Everytime I have gone I have the best experience with the Staff. I also love that they are very quick and can be on my way within 20 mins. Thank you Summit Urgent Care for always taking care of my family ❤️

Refused service to me the last 3 times I've visited. I was taken better care and treated respectfully at Heritage Sierra Medical across the way. I don't trust them with my care and won't be returning for any type of care in the future. Doctors, nurses, receptionists have been incredibly rude and dismissive. Their attitude of healthcare is pushing patients out of their building when it should be taking the time to provide accurate care to patients. I'm disappointed and I hope people that go there get treated better than me.

I love the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment. I was told they were backed up and there would be a long wait time. The wait time was nothing compared to some of the urgent care and ER visits I’ve had. Everyone was nice and professional. I would go there again.

You know what, it grieves me to share this experience. I am very disappointed and upset. I have came here and received great service so I recommended the business for my mom due to an injury. In medicine you shouldn’t be prejudice or discriminate. The doctor mentioned a place to go for physical therapy & said “don’t worry they don’t discriminate” why was that even shared? We are a very multicultural population, why did she try to put my mom down & speak to her in Spanish when clearly she was speaking English the whole time. They didn’t even provide a boot when she left. I had to call & ask why they didn’t give her one & they told me well did she agree on the price? It was only $90 money isn’t a problem why did they treat her like she was less than? We did eventually get a boot once I asked if she can come back in. I understand this isn’t an Ortho but boots are commonly given and in the past one was given to me so I don’t know why it was assumed to just refer her out when clearly she needed it now. Personally, I’ve been here many times & never one complaint but it’s hurtful when your family member doesn’t get the same treatment. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed how the Caucasian NP women treated my mom. Please don’t demean people, my mom was too kind & didn’t say anything disrespectful. I am sharing because I don’t tolerate belittling someone. Please do better. I have had great experiences but how you treated my mom was unprofessional

I dont know why people rate Summit over this place as they are right across the parking lot from one another. I've been to both a few times and Heritage is much faster and the Dr's are better. Dr at Summit prescribed me the wrong medication and luckily the pharmacist caught it. I will continue with Heritage if given the choice.

This place is an absolute joke. If you are sick, they make you take a covid test and flu test, if you are positive for either, you have to wait in your car and get "treated" in your car. Their thermometers aren't calibrated and have readings that are wildly off. The physicians assistant comes out and shares all of your personal medical information with everyone in the parking lot.

This place still requires you to wear a mask to enter. So you already know what the doctors and nurses have, vax! I would recommend going somewhere else. If they believe In that, imagine the care you will get from them in return.
