Just want to give a wonderful recommendation to Rochelle Routhier the customer service rep at Spectrum on Ave K in Lancaster Ca. She was very knowledgeable and helped me for all my needs. We need more service reps like Rochelle who cares about her customers. Great job Rochelle 5 st

I would give Spectrum -1 stars if I could. I moved locations so I returned the equipment and got new Xumo boxes instead. That was in November. Here is it January and I am still getting charged for the returned equipment. I spoke with at least 4 representatives and 2 Supervisors and they still cannot fix the problem. I constantly get automated calls from them stating they are going to shut my services off if I dont pay for the equipment. Spectrum sucks...I would not recommend them to anyone. And the Xumo boxes constantly go out when they are doing automated updates.. I do not understand why their customer service is bad with all the reviews they are receiving.

I pay way too much money per month for my internet for it to be so slow and damn near unless. I want Spectrum to live up to the prices they set for their customers. I will be downsizing my package with them because the service to pay value is not worth it at all. Disappointing

You will have to wait. I suggest you put your name in, go to Don Cuco, enjoy a nice meal, pay, use the rest room, then head back over to Spectrum and it should only be 10 or 15 minutes before they call. Place looks nice and staff do ok.

The manager at this store is named Tasha she is very rude an disrespectful an Aggressive and kept getting very loud with me in the store. I had been waiting 30 minutes to be called or even just for the line to be moved. When I asked her about information about how the line was being moved or when they were going to start calling other customers.Up to handle their business. She got upset with me and said clearly. Ma'am, your number 7. And you will be called when we start calling customers up. Bury aggressively and angrily. I hated this experience walking into the spectrum store. As a customer, I should have never had to have had a manager. Make me feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.

I called spectrum on 5-7-23 to shut down my spectrum tv service because they continue to increase prices on their prices, ( they did it 3 months in a row, I'm a senior on a fixed income and they don't care, when they turned it off,they told me they wouldn't prorated me and took my money and I have no spectrum tv and I have to turn in the receivers within 14 days ,I asked to speak with a Supervisor and they denied me of that also,If this is the type of business it runs ,taking from seniors, where are my rights stay away from this company very dishonest people.

Kiosk sign-in is excellent. This store really needs a security guard on premises. Too many problematic folks visit here. Customer service is good. Just too many shady customers. Last time I visit, a customer caused a whole scene.
