Had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my account set up here at the store, Janet helped me and she was incredibly helpful and patient when it came to setting me up with internet, I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

Very busy location. Highly advise getting an appointment set up online and check-in 20-30min prior on your phone if your close by. I checked in 20min early on the link they sent me and was seen 2 min after walking in the store. Others were waiting around for awhile and they all looked when I was called to the counter so fast after arriving. So getting an appointment helps! The staff I dealt with on a modem equipment return was nice and the transaction was fast took maybe 3min tops.

the worst service imaginable internet constantly goes out and when it doesn't work all they do is say sorry and send a tech who never fixes anything. if i could switch services i would in heart beat. unfortunately they have a monopoly in my area and their the only service provider. i would give 0 stars if i could for the value of the service you pay and for the quality you get does not match. overpriced constantly raising prices and and never hold up their ends for stable service their company is a joke and embarrassment.

Not much good to say about this Spectrum Store (I RARELY give negative reviews), the excriment in this place is rank and [they] don't know it.I'm new in this city and I was attempting to open a new account.Another TOO big to fail Corp because Spectrum does NOT care about us. -The employees are not knowlegable AND the real problems is, they too just DO NOT care. The Palmdale monopoly must end before any of this will ever get better.Negative Stars if I could.

I went to this store today 11/30/23 on Thursday between 12 and 1pm and a lady named Susan helped me she was so awsome very helpful and patient with me. And if just like to recognize her for this. Thank you so much

I was scammed and lied to by Chris.Went in and spoke with Chris who instructed me to bundle 3 services together, wait 2 months to get his commission or whatever, and then cancel the 2 services I don't need and the one service I do need will be cheaper.2 months later come to find that's not possible nor does that type of operation even exist. He gave me a phone number with which we communicated in the beginning but when it came time to cancel, he doesn't respond to texts and the calls go straight to voice mail.Why is this scammer and liar working here? How many other people has he done this to?

Same old gimmick bad service just like Lancaster but in Palmdale. Spectrum support line was super helpful, takes a minute but staff gives solutions for ease of service, go to store, wait in line longer than the phone call and staff just instantly ready to push blame on customer declining to help and saying to call support line to fix it before they’ll even consider helping over a simple swap even with all the account information and parts. Why even bother. Just save the trip and call support, they won’t blame you, they’ll mail you the equipment or phones, and it’ll be way faster, streamlined, and less of a time waste than dealing with the store.

Christian was the best he explained and got me settled and ready to go with my services here at spectrum , if you have spectrum I recommend coming to the Palmdale store asking for Christian he is very helpful
