'i' buy Skechers online, (&, return them at the store).
10th W., is convenient; but, only has Composites toes.
47th. st., has steel toes, in stock.. niether store makes it easy to buy, the new 'step-in' models, which are readily available, online.
Online, has good prices.. Even though you can do better, with 'In-Store-Only' offer..
Buy One, get one half off.
Problem is:
Finding two models 'in-stock' at one store that your willing to part With $$$ For.

Great experience here today, staff was super friendly & helpful. Was helped by not 1 but all 3 staff members working, best retail experience I've had in a while. I never do these reviews but they deserve the kudos. Thank you!

I recently visited the Skechers store in Palmdale and had a disappointing experience. I requested a replacement shopping bag because the one I was given had open stitches. Unfortunately, the staff refused to provide me with another shopping bag. This lack of customer service was surprising and frustrating. I hope the store improves its approach to handling such issues in the future. In the end it’s only a shopping bag……

I walked in and showed both women at the counter the exact shoe I needed by pulling it off my foot and they pointed to the left wall. By the way the store was empty until a few minutes later and then a woman walked in and one of the women went to help her. Either poor customer service or they don't like men?

Had a great shopping experience here today. Staff was super helpful in explaining the different options and retrieving shoes from up high. Ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes as I liked em all equally well.

We were looking for work boots. We found them. We were disappointed to find out you can not get the insoles separate! They will wear out long before the boot!! Sketcher needs to fix that!!
