This has to be the absolute worst shells in av . First time I came here Two months ago the guy over charges me 8 dollars for two dutchess . 1 week after that it's 2 am and a heavy set female is flirting with a vendor and tells me that they are closed with an attitude even though this location is 24 hrs . Now tonight at 12:04 The associates had me waiting ( during my break ) to get gas for a "change over" telling me to wait outside with no signs of telling me to come back on or anything they are just chatting around telling me it would take two minutes which turn into 7 so I left. All overnight terrible experience . Don't go to this one at night or at all !

People need people like them who care!!! Even on The smallest stop! Big love! We’ve had a few bad experiences here but I don’t like to talk about bad we like to highlight the good and this is my first review on you guys and this is good. Keep it up.

Horrible customer service from the two cashiers behind the counter! They were gossiping behind the counter! The woman cashier was very snippy with me when I walked up to the counter to buy some gas! Very unprofessional.....will be spending my money elsewhere.

After many years of visiting this Shell/7 Eleven station for gas and car wash, I left disappointed and upset. I stopped to get gas early this morning and decided to get a car wash for my new car. By the way, I realized the dryers starts the drying cycle at least 10 seconds before you can actually move your car forward. Anyway, when I pulled out I noticed my car had scuff marks all over the paint/coating. I took it to a detailer who informed me that it would need a "deep" buffing. Apparently, the rubber "buffers/scrappers" that remove dirt from cars must have been saturated with dirt, hence damaging my paint job. My car looks awful. Contacted the station and the attendant said nothing could be done. Like they care anyway! Hopefully my insurance with help, under the Comprehensive portion, to pay for part of the deep buffing job and will take two days to complete. "Thank you" Shell Station, Palmdale Ca

Never had a bad experience at this shell gas station , they have a Mini mart and also a car wash there is a lot of pumps as well.

I went in to get gas tonight so I didn't have to do it in the morning. The girl that was working was so kind and helpful even though I took all her fives. Thank you! So sweet!

I've come here plenty of times. Does some of the pumps old and have plenty of cuts on the screen which make it hard to see it? Yes. But is there any other complaints? Nope. Ive walked in side and the workers are always extremely kind to me. I mostly come late night and must say that I've always felt safe here. Would recommend

I love most of the workers here except one young lady that I believe goes by Elvira. I witness so many guests come in with amazing attitudes and she is disrespectful and always sounds like she doesn't want to be at work and makes my experience there always bad. I've never witnessed an employee have so much attitude for no reason. She needs to check her attitude towards her customers. It's very unprofessional. When she is there I choose to drive across the street to 76 and get service now.
