My daughter and I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the Sephora located within Kohls in Palmdale. We consistently receive exceptional customer service from Cici, who impresses us with his expertise in makeup and foundation matching. Cici remains well-informed with the latest best-selling products, makeup application techniques, and skincare suggestions. Additionally, the store maintains a pleasant level of activity, allowing us ample time to thoroughly explore the various products on offer and enjoy our shopping experience.

they rude as hell and always have an attitude all of them except one i wish i remembered her name she had purple hair. Usually when you go into sephora they offer assistance immediately but this one doesn’t and i really needed it when i went cause i’m new to makeup. i patiently waited around 9 minutes just browsing lost and realized that they weren’t gonna help me so i just left. Calling on the phone is no better they still have an attitude just cause you called them

Sephora would've lost out on a huge sale. 8/2/2023 I walked into Sephora, attempting to purchase a loose powder, and the salesperson behind the register said sorry we don't carry that product, and you can order online." I asked if there was anything equivalent, and she said no! I asked again, and she then turned around as asked CC, who, without any hesitation, said yes and walked me over to the product. We then started talking, and CC offered to show me how to apply my makeup. I ended up buying all the products she suggested. CC had the patience of a saint and taught me some tricks, which helped me apply my daughter's make-up for her Taylor Swift concert the next day. I was so excited that my makeup was done by CC, and I was able to enjoy Alicia Keys' concert that night. The world and Sephora's needs more CCs. CC should be a manager. Thanks again, CC, and when I return, I hope you're working. Everyone go see CC at Sephora at Kohls!!!

I won't be coming back here. As another reviewer brought up--the employees will pick and choose who they want to be helpful towards. I waited patiently with my younger sister to be helped (my sister was looking to see if her shade in a Fenty foundation was available). The Sephora employee on the sales floor paid a weird amount of attention to a customer who was solely interested in getting samples and ignored my sister and I. After about 15 minutes, my sister and I got in line to both checkout and ask for her shade. At the register, the same employee who had ignored us, checked me out and there was little to no customer service. No "hello", no "did you find everything ok?" or "was there anything you couldn't find?". When my sister did bring up her question she was given a firm "no" that her shade was not in stock. Little to no care to try to double-check or see if she could recommend anything else. I have felt this way on numerous occasions at this particular location. The employees here are strangely cold and treat you as if YOU'RE bothering them. I honestly should have dumped my items at the checkout and took my money elsewhere.

They don’t except returns , i mean helloo, this is sephora so they have to take returns too. Lady said because it’s online purchase so i have to go to northridge or valance mall for this return . Other thing they don’t have products there, their counters r empty , their samples have no shade , i asked her to give me two littles container that i can try she said it’s all empty . I mean , really ?. Why don’t they close this location too , because this location in khols have nothing. They don’t have rare beauty lip oil . It’s a waste of time to go there.

I came in today needing help matching, for both concealing and foundation. The store seemed to be short staff and there was plenty of customers! Originally the cashier offered her help and while I walked around Taryn took her time helping me and was cary patient while I was un sure! She was amazing!

I like that the store is not inside a mall, but I really wish they had more of the products that you can find in a regular Sephora. They don’t have a great selection and are often out of stock on most items that you would want. I have to drive to Valencia if I want the actual selection from a true Sephora.

Customer service was horrible. I went in to purchase an eyeliner with my mom today and the staff assisting us was rude when we asked about different products. As if she was trying to rush us out. We were also denied a promotional gift, avoid this place if possible.

I thought I was trippin but now that I have read these reviews I KNOW that I am not crazy. FIRST OF ALL, I went to JC Pennys and was informed that Sephora was leaving the store and was instructed to go to Kohl's. The girl that worked there was rude AF and when I tried to ask her to see if a certain product was in stock she acted as though I was putting her out of her way. It took all that I had not to slap her little rude azz!!! You would think that she owned the store or was an investor. And just looking at her it was very obvious that she was working somewhere she really doesn't want to be. Sephora needs to be more elective about who they hire . SMH

I wanted to buy a good mascara & some other makeup items today.One of the workers was all nice helping another person, while she was helping someone else I asked which mascara she would recommend that has good volume, She point out where to grabbed it, Afterwards when she was done with another customer who didn’t even bought anything,she passed by me ignoring helping me.I was willing to spend $ on makeup today but after seeing how the workers here pick & choose who to help, Never mind, I would never come here again, When I told the other cashier the incident that happened she said sorry it’s only the two of us & I said to her I don’t see the other girl busy isn’t it? & I walked away.How disappointed

I got so much help from the team members at Kohl's Sephora! I told Cici I was looking for a replacement concealer for one that had been discontinued, but for a modest price. He led me to some that were on sale and helped me find the one that matched my skin tone! It was just what I was looking for! And Sofia helped me by calling another local Sephora to see if an item was in stock there when I learned my gift card wouldn't work through Kohl's. And since they were so helpful, I made the purchase even without my gift card. Then she spent some time helping my friend and I try out some new perfume fragrances. Out of both Sephoras and Ulta, they were the only ones to have what I needed in stock. Thank you Cici and Sofia!

This Sephora is my new place to shop. I love the selection of diversity with products. The customer service I received from Cici was awesome! He helped me pick out the perfect hue for my skin tone. I mentioned I wanted to try a new fragrance and he was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and assist me with finding the perfect sent for me. Thank you Cici you made my experience in your store a great one.
