“Jessica is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My mother passed away in June and she has a storage unit at this facility. I couldn’t locate her key to her unit. I called for about a month almost every 3 days so someone could cut the lock and no one would return the call. Upon not making the payment for November Jessica called to let me know the card on file was declined. I was upset because you can call for nonpayment but not to cut the lock. However, Jessica was VERY EMPATHETIC AND UNDERSTANDING. Four days after speaking with Jessica my issues were resolved. I never received a call from the escalation department or a manager. At one point I was told they didn’t have staff at that location…not my problem. Someone in management should’ve contacted me and came out to cut the lock. For me Jessica should teach the rest of the staff and management how to be empathetic and how to follow up with people especially in delicate situations like the demise of a loved one. The 5 stars are for Jessica, not the company. I wouldn’t recommend SecurCare, unless you are dealing directly with Jessica. Jessica felt my pain and frustration and dealt with me accordingly. Jessica, I wish you PEACE, PROSPERITY AND MANY BLESSINGS. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!”
“Gettting the storage was easy, over the phone. Price was reasonable and affordable. Very clean storage facility will recommend to any who is looking for storage. The agent was very helpful and ask me question regarding what I wanted to store, so I can get the right size storage room. Very professional and friendly.”

Here we are 5 months later I was notified of a rate increase, I spoke with Sabrina and within a week she managed to get approved for a deduction of the new current rate to something very affordable - she assisted me in changing my due date and was overly helpful and pleasant to deal with! Sabrina is an asset to this company and provides grade A customer service!!!”

“Great place ! I have had a private mailbox here for over 15 years. The price is better than anywhere else in the Antelope Valley. The lady in man that used to run it the couple they had left once and then he passed away and the owners got the lady to come back to be the manager again. They're really great people everyone who works here unfortunately the lady is leaving to move out of state which I don't blame her at all. And hopefully the new people that take over as the managers will not be like the last new managers that they had that were like total crooks.”
