Great place ! I have had a private mailbox here for over 15 years. The price is better than anywhere else in the Antelope Valley. The lady in man that used to run it the couple they had left once and then he passed away and the owners got the lady to come back to be the manager again. They're really great people everyone who works here unfortunately the lady is leaving to move out of state which I don't blame her at all. And hopefully the new people that take over as the managers will not be like the last new managers that they had that were like total crooks.

Ms. Jewels is great. Secure Self storage is a great and safe place to store your personal and precious belongings. I have been with this Storage since 2016 or 2015, can’t remember, however, I haven’t had a problem with my things being stored at this location off of Sierra Hwy. Thank you.

Great place, superior customer service! Called around and drove to 6 other places nearby, this one was the least expensive, cleanest, and definitely FRIENDLIEST customer service ever. Thank you Linda for helping me over the phone today. Plus they have great security, automatic gate with personalized pin for every customer, and the alarm system works and is super loud! Gate hours 7am to 7pm 7 DAYS A WEEK! Storage itself looks great and brand new, really well taken care of. I purchased my lock with them, definitely better quality and saved money and time. *Note they do close holidays.

Nice clean facility but I couldn't give 5 stars only because they don't have online pay ability. I forgot to pay my second months rent because there is no reminder through email or texts. You have to remember when it's due. You can only use the card you originally used to rent if you want to call in a payment. You can go in and use another card and in the future you can call it in to pay. For every card you use you have to go in. They are a mom pop business so they aren't up to speed on technology.

I've had a unit here for a few years, it's been clean, the staff is very helpful across the board and friendly too, and the rates are better than other places I checked out.
