The person I made my reservation with told me pick up time was at 10:00 A M, and I needed to be at the pickup place 10 minutes early at the Orange ride share terminal. Found out that they are not even allowed in the airport until 10:30 AM. The reservation staff needs some more training. The driver is very nice and polite.... read full comment
