Thank you so much Sam's club for having the best optometrist working there I got to say Erica S. is by far someone that saved my life. I came into her last minute with my eyeglass issues and I swear without her I would not be able to see. She fixed my glasses and I was on my way but before I left I came back and I bought a new pair. Because she was able to answer all my questions and I knew in the future if I have any issues this was a place to go and if anybody needs any help trust me you want to come in and ask for Erica .I really wasn't looking forward to buying a new set of glasses but after she fixed my first pair of glasses and she helped me with the rest of my issues that I was having I was sold knowing that this was the only place that I'll ever have to go to get all my eye vision needs. Thank you again so much Erica You're the greatest ?

GreAt Sam's club location. Fast and easy.. fav feature is scan and go with the app. I got my yearly membership on Groupon through rakuten. I got some cash back and a deal on the membership. Once there eventually decided to update and get a credit card with $30Credit. I truly love Sam's club and they have great prices.

Scan and go. My favorite feature. I hate the quality of the tissue and paper towels m. It changed within the last year. Thin. I guess this is the pandemic way everywhere in a lot of things. So sad. But still like Sam's Club. No problems with staff so far.

Getting my new tires- a full set of Goodyear 85K warranty is about $100 less than Costco even with their $150 coupon. Customer service was friendly. Service was done in less than an hour.

Lately, I've been getting my orders delivered to my home rather than going to the store and I've been getting items missing on my delivery. I'm at my house and I see the delivery person once you ring the doorbell but still my order is not complete. My problem is when I contact the Sam's Club store in Palmdale, they never answer the phones and now I've come to the conclusion that since they don't value my business, I'm not gonna do business with them discontinuing my membership after 20 years these people that this particular Sam's Club store in Palmdale California or totally irresponsible and really don't seem to give a dam. About their customers, so I highly suggest people if you order and have your product delivered checks thoroughly to make sure it's complete I've never had this problem at Costco and because of this I'll be taking my business back to Costco I will never shop at Sam's Club again.!!! Good riddance the management at Sam's Club needs to be fired for being irresponsible and a lack of accountability!Also, anybody that has an issue with SamsClub posted here, but also contact their corporate office and file a complaint. You will have more headway by contacting and filing a complaint with their corporate office. 888-746-7726

The most rudest employees at the entrance I was told back in June when I bought my membership that plus members go at 8 regular members 9 now it's 10am look I work long shifts at night and the morning time is the only time I shop since I sleep during the day all last week I've been coming in at 9 now this week it's been pushed back a extra hour wtf is going on?

John Is the best manager in Sam's club his customer service is the best he treats you like family he hopes you are anything that you need in the store He's always wandering around to help our customers on anything me and he's there to serve you on anything that you like help on

This Sam's Club food court is the slowest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. If anyone remembers that scene from Zootopia where they tell the sloths at the DMV a joke, it's like that times 100000000000.

I just became a member and Brittany helped sign me up. She was amazing! She showed me how to use the app and explained everything in detail to me. She took the time to give me excellent customer service and made me feel like I was important. Thank you Brittany at member services for making a difference!

This review is mainly for the manager John. I ordered some stuff for pickup but for some reason the app put it under Santa Clarita. Santa Clarita made the MISTAKE to dispense my order in their system without me even being there. So they couldn't cancel my order. I requested a refund and they expected me to drive to Santa Clarita for a refund. I said no, I am not driving all the way to Santa Clarita for an error on their end. My order should of never even been dispensed without me being there and properly checking my ID! Santa Clarita offered the option to go to Palmdale Sam's and get my refund there. I called Palmdale Sam's and they were so helpful. They talked to the managers from Santa Clarita Sam's and confirmed I never picked up my items. Everything was going great, they asked me to come by so they could process a return refund with a gift card. I was on my way when I get a call from Sam's Palmdale stating that the manager did not approve it and that I had to drive to Santa Clarita and deal with them. I requested to speak to John the manager who did not approve it. They had me on hold for 20 min and came to the line and told me he had my name and phone number and would call me right back. He never even bothered calling me back. So unprofessional and lack of empathy. I ended up calling corporate and got the issue resolved in less than an hour.

SAMS CLUB OPTICAL ! Honestly the best! Shopping for glasses for two kids who are active young and playful. On 2/22/22 We were able to sit down with Kevork* (I hope I spelled it right!) he was so much help and had great customer service!! He let us know about pricing , Sams club plus member discounts, specials the store ran, what was included with the glasses we looked at, and normal pricing which is something like pay the frame price and lenses are free & in 7-10 business days , you'll have your new glasses. Things we asked around about were: blue light protection, scratch protection, hard case, how long til we get glasses , After shopping around getting info from a few stores, we def chose well and went with Sams ! Stores we shopped at were : Walmart , LensCrafters, AV eye doctor. Just a thanks to Kevork ! Our boys are grateful.

I love going to Sam's club but I was a little disappointed that I had to pay sales tax on my membership renewal. Why in the world is that an option. Membership went up and that's fine but collecting sales tax as well. The avg membership went from 40 to 45 and with tax added it's almost $50. So in actuality membership went up $10

I'm here waiting on my curbside, they said it was ready so so far I've been within 5 minutes . ..... the time is 8.28 a.m. now it's 8.33 they just delivered.... way better than last time yay
