Nobody ever answers the phone whenever I call, its very frustrating. Also, they never have any rotisserie chickens when I come in. I believe Sams Club makes less chicken than they used to, as they cannot sustain the price.

At Sam's, there is always a crowd, but that's understandable. Using our mobile app for shopping has greatly reduced our wait times and improved our overall experience.
