Very bad experience for the second time at a Sam’s club tire department. After confirming and ordering my tires they didn’t want to install them because they were not trained enough or something to do the job. Being a retired ASE Certified tech I can tell you I wouldn’t even let them inflate my tires either.

I Canceled my membership! Practically every time I go shopping here, I go to the exit "huge line" to get my receipt checked, there is Always someone in front of me that didn't pay for everything in there cart at self checkout, "Meat, Detergent, Diapers, the expensive merchandise! They always have children with them. No morals at all. Don't even care what they are teaching there children. The store should NOT have Self Checkout! SAMS CLUB don't even seem to care. They just take the items out of there cart or take them to a register to pay for the items they didn't pay for in the first place and send them on there way. That's why the line is sooooo long to get out of the store. Good thing there isn't a emergency to get out. People would get hurt or die. Some of the inflation is from all these self checkouts with theft.

Their way of handling shipped orders leaves a lot to be desired. Order shows shipped 9 days ago yet fedex has never received the package and customer service just gives me the runaround. I get that things happen but they see the same information I do and know that FedEx hasn't picked up my order. They must be hoping that it will magically appear 10 days later. Time to dispute the charge with my credit card company and rethink if I will renew my membership.

We bought full size candy bars to give out for halloween on 9/29/23, we didn't check the date assuming they would be good until halloween of after. We had one candy bar left over and my son was going to eat it he bit it and it was stale. He checked the date and it said best before 09/2023. How does a big company like this sell us expired candy?!!!!! We gave these candies out for halloween not t knowing they were expired! My husband went to tell them and they didn't care. Shame on Sams club! DO BETTER!!!!

Picked up a online grocery order with family. Came to the designated parking spots located on the south side of the building. Not too crowded on a Wednesday evening. After arriving staff was prompt to come out and load the groceries into the car. Friendly helpful service. A wonderful addition to help the community and ease the chore of grocery shopping.

Eric and GG. Two awesome people. I arrived twenty five minutes before they closed, with a flat tire that needed to be patched. It would take more than twenty minutes to get it done but both were willing to stay to help me out. I really needed the car to be ready by the end of the day for a trip to Oregon. God bless Eric and GG.

You can't even get a hold of the tire department and then your tires won't be shipped for a weeks after they say it'll be shipped they're rude when you go in and talk to them in person basically this is Walmart you know horrible service

I came into sams club, because I always shop here. I was approached by the at&t sales reps and one of them quoted me for some good pricing, but now that my bill is here.. it's horrible and I can't get out of this. He was the absolute worst trying to resort my issues and nothing has been resolved it's been months. He constantly ignores me and constantly never replies. He avoids me and avoids confrontation. If someone wasn't ashamed and did their job right, why hide? I just want the deal I was FIRST told about instead of getting screwed over in the end. Do not go to him. His name is Matthew Lyons. He is the worst. This is him. Avoid him at ALL cost!!!

I got my headlights renewed once again (first time the other place did an awful job), but this time I went to Sam’s Tire Center. Lina and her team did an awesome job, the headlights look almost new. The first three photos is the before and the last two after. $39.99 plus tax

Place is clean and organized. Prices are really good yesterday I bought a huge watermelon for the same price as a tiny one at a close by grocery store. The line to leave is usually way to long. Yesterday the line to leave was all the way to the food counter when I got in it. And takes forever at member services, almost alwayd a 45 minute - hour visit. I don't understand why there's 5 kiosks at member services and only two people working the counter. Very few times have I ever been to members services and received service in under 30 minutes. And those times were usually if I was the only person in line by magical happenstance. I also take full advantage of the scan and go because lines to check out also tend to be long. Especially the line for food. The ability to order food from the app and walk up has been a game changer for our visits. Clothing section is also really nice.

GreAt Sam's club location. Fast and easy.. fav feature is scan and go with the app. I got my yearly membership on Groupon through rakuten. I got some cash back and a deal on the membership. Once there eventually decided to update and get a credit card with $30Credit. I truly love Sam's club and they have great prices.

Management sucks they are crooked and will throw anyone under the bus as long as there job is secure all they do is sit in the office and gossip would not recommend working or shopping here

Sam's pick up is the worst I have ever encountered waited for about 30 min before my order was finally brought out. You think you are saving time by ordering curbside pick up. Think again there was only one employee bringing out the orders one by one. Do yourself a favor and just go inside and get your items.

Getting my new tires- a full set of Goodyear 85K warranty is about $100 less than Costco even with their $150 coupon. Customer service was friendly. Service was done in less than an hour.

Lately, I've been getting my orders delivered to my home rather than going to the store and I've been getting items missing on my delivery. I'm at my house and I see the delivery person once you ring the doorbell but still my order is not complete. My problem is when I contact the Sam's Club store in Palmdale, they never answer the phones and now I've come to the conclusion that since they don't value my business, I'm not gonna do business with them discontinuing my membership after 20 years these people that this particular Sam's Club store in Palmdale California or totally irresponsible and really don't seem to give a dam. About their customers, so I highly suggest people if you order and have your product delivered checks thoroughly to make sure it's complete I've never had this problem at Costco and because of this I'll be taking my business back to Costco I will never shop at Sam's Club again.!!! Good riddance the management at Sam's Club needs to be fired for being irresponsible and a lack of accountability! Also, anybody that has an issue with SamsClub posted here, but also contact their corporate office and file a complaint. You will have more headway by contacting and filing a complaint with their corporate office. 888-746-7726
