Had the unfortunate luck of dealing with the older dude Michael, the guy with a straggly unkept beard who looks like he methed around for 20 years. Would definitely not recommend anyone to this dealership unless you enjoy his sarcastic attitude, lack of knowledge and basic people skills, wandering eyes and overall poor demeanor. Only good thing about him was his haircut.

Came here looking to purchase something more comfortable since I'm currently pregnant and need a family friendly car. Jash Gutierrez was out salesman of the day and he really helped us out so much! He showed us a great variety of cars and let us test drive and heard us out about our budget for a monthly payment, and he delivered ! This is my second time coming to purchase a vehicle at this Honda and I'm glad I've decided to come back especially since the first time it was great I'm sure they were going to be a big help this 2nd time around, Jash answered all of our questions and was patient and professional throughout the whole process , we will definitely be coming back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Jash for helping me find my "mom" car!

First of all we all know dealerships have a reputation of ripping off customers when they just want their car taken care of even if we need to pay extra. But when you find out the mechanic absolutely hates his job and doesn't know what he's doing unless there's a obd2 code or parts to throw at the vehicle which any mechanically inclined person can do for less than than they'll charge. Well to be honest I took my Honda accord to have the rear brakes inspected and the mechanic loosened them up and wrote down I'm doing burn outs and donuts. Which is a complete lie and the mechanic clearly hated his job and I wish I never took it here.I do air conditioning and obviously I'm the one that knows about these mechanical problems without needing a diagnostic code to tell me what to do! If you enjoy being ripped off this is the place to go! Horrible place if you need true mechanics that love their career and care about vehicles more than ourselves.

Never bought a vehicle here, this is specifically for the service center. I've been coming to Trust formerly known as Robertson Honda for a couple of years now. I drive a lot, and upkeep car service come sooner than later with my driving. I know I'll be taken care of when I stop here to get my car serviced. I can hand my keys over and have the confidence the work will be done right and in a timely manner.

Wow!So they lower the price on the used car. Then they require you to have $3000 in stupid aftermarket accessories. Some sort of vehicle tracker. Some sort of ceramic. And one other item. The ceramic is a joke at any cost. Unless professionally done. Which it isn't. The car has scratches. Yes. It's used but you do a paint correction then a coating at those prices.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Honda dealer. The workers were incredibly apathetic and rude towards me and my partner. We felt like we were completely ignored and unimportant to them, as they were more worried about other customers than us. Every time we tried to make a request or ask a question, we were met with annoyed faces and dismissive attitudes.What made matters worse was the clear condescension we felt from the staff due to the fact that we were Mexican. The way they treated us was completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. We were in the market for a car, but after the way we were treated, we decided to take our business elsewhere.To add insult to injury, the staff was extremely pushy, pressuring us to make a purchase before we were ready. We felt like they were more interested in making a quick sale than in helping us find the right car for our needs. When we asked to speak with the manager to voice our concerns, he was no help at all. He seemed to not care that his workers were more interested in their phones than in helping us. It was a very unpleasant experience overall, and we would never consider going back to this Honda dealer. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a car to steer clear of this dealership

Recently purchased my HR-V from Trust Honda & I had a great experience. The salesmen, Manny & Roland were helpful & knowledgeable. Also very grateful to Steven who was able to help me with trading in my Accord & helped me on the finance end. Definitely recommend this dealership!

They installed my brake pads incorrectly and when I found out and complained their manager and service dept did not care. Go to Lancaster Honda instead. They felt so bad that this happened to me and we're so amazing helping me to fix it all.

Bought a 2018 HRV AWD EX was promised a dent removal and buff out burns on the driver's side front and back doors ... also overcharged for a used car. They dont care about thier customers promised in contract registration and tags thru 2023 only received registration no tags had to pick up a check for the tags . $406.00 My lesson DONT BUY YOUR CAR AT ROBERTSONS PALMDALE HONDA !!!

Robertson's Palmdale Honda is and forever will be my home dealership. When I used to live in the area this was my stop for all my needs regarding my Honda. Now I have to give you a little back story before I rate so you can understand... Yesterday, my family and I were on our way to the AV area and we got a flat tire (literally exploded). After we changed it and put the spare on, I dropped off my family at the family gathering we were going to and then I headed to the dealership. I initially stopped by Lancaster Honda because it was closer (and not to mention online it said it closed at 5 and it was 3pm). When I got there I was told that the mechanics were gone for the day. Weird, since they are supposed to be there until 5pm. Anyway, I'm easy going so I was like ok. Then I checked Robertson's Palmdale Hondas hours and it said 6pm. I called before going just in case they didn't have anyone either. I spoke with the operator and she handle me everything for me even as far as asking one of the advisors if it was okay for me to come, being that it was already late in the day. I want to say that Angela (service advisor) was such a sweetheart: she listened to me and was such a pleasure to converse with. She took care really good care of me. I had a flat tire and asked if I could get two replaced to make my car even LOL. She said it wasn't necessary unless I absolutely need it but we would get to that after the mechanics check it. She gave me two options and I obviously being super extra just got 4 new tires. But the deal was great! Also, I ran into an old advisor who turns out to be the service manager now - Mr. Larry Porter! I must say he was my favorite advisor ever at Honda and I'm glad they finally figured out that he belongs there as the manager. The entire team service team here is super helpful and really nice. Now I don't want to take away from the mechanics because I know it was close to closing and they still said yea to being able to fix my car. I can say that Robertson's Palmdale Honda is super reliable! I know usually you need appointments but this was an emergency and they took care of me! I bought my 2019 Honda Accord here as well and my car experiences in general (financing and servicing) has always been great! Robertson's Palmdale Honda gets a 5 - because they are honest, kind, budget friendly and the most important - reliable! Thanks guys! You always treat me like family!
