Honestly, Robert is absolutely terrific insurance agent in the Valley. His timely customer service is outstanding.He saved me a lot of money on my auto insurance. I had issues trying to find auto insurance when I first moved to LA, but he made it easy and comfortable. Don't go to anyone else, call him!

I had a minor fender bender. State Farm and my agent Robert Ramos Breiner took very good care of me. The claim and repair was painless. The other guy called me an said State Farm was very easy to work with through his insurance company.

I have been insured with Robert Breiner State Farm for years and I am pleased to share that his office and all of the staff are wonderful in every way. Barbara is especially a great asset to his team and always goes above and beyond. Overall, the staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. By far the best service and most informative insurance company in the A.V. Barbara in particular has been extremely helpful. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about my home insurance or auto insurance as far as what's covered and what's not. Barbara makes everything clear as can be and answers every question of ever had. And I'm Mr. 20 questions lol. Would highly recommend.

This agency has been in the insurance business for a long time and their agents are amazing insurance experts. We have been with State Farm Insurance for a few years now. Our experience with this agency has been wonderful. Laura Angel is our agent and she has always been VERY HELPFUL. She is always readily available via email or phone with very quick response time. Laura spent a lot of time helping us choose the right coverage, providing us with options, helpful information, with lots of agency experience and helpful insights. She is very thorough and patiently takes her time to explain pros and cons of different coverage options. After dealing with our insurance company in Arizona after our home flooded, we needed good honest advice from an agent, as we were getting no where with our agent. I have been with State Farm and Robert Breiner for over 20 years. I have maybe spoken with him personally 3 times in all that time. Recently, I had a boat malfunction and found out that State Farm had previously cancelled my boat insurance. They say letters were sent, but I didn't receive them. Had this been a bad accident, it would have been catastrophic without insurance!! I get call after call when they need an odometer reading and other small matters, but no personal call when my insurance is cancelled?!?!?! That's not the kind of service I expect or will tolerate! I'm switching agencies!!

Experience, integrity, honest, these are a few words that come to mind when I think of Robert.
