“Working with Thomas and his team, specifically my realtor, was a great experience. She had been in communication since we were selling our previous home in another state and transitioning to CA (about 6 months) when we were ready to begin our home buying journey. She made herself available at all times and was willing to meet, even on weekends. Once we were ready to put in an offer she explained the Agencie's part of the process very thoroughly. I am not sure where the lines of communication fall, but paperwork accuracy needs attention from admin team. I was sent documents to sign with mispelled names and other inaccurate information. I was asked to sign regardless. I was also sent the same documentation multiple times. Quality work requires attention to detail and reserved time for each client. The admin staff were responsive and communicative, it's just about taking the time to confirm the details. Other than that everything was great.”
