Robin is our "go to gal" when we need service on our vehicles. Have been doingbusiness with Robin for many years and are always happy she is available to support our service requirements. Hertechnical expertise and vast knowledge ofthe auto industry is certainly an asset to the Diamond Cadillac Service Organization. Robin recently effectivelyaccommodated us on the premier serviceand recall items on our new Escalade.Always responsive to follow-up and status. A "Special Thank You" to Robin from us.

Horrible. I brought my ATS in at 9:30 AM by appointment for a wheel alignment. Had to Uber home because one shuttle services the entire Antelope Valley, Lake LA, and Little Rock. It's 1 1/2 hr wait. 3 pm srvc adisor hasn't called. I call. I'm told car isn't ready. I asked was there a problem with the vehicle. I was told no. Repair wasn't started until 1 pm. but if I need a shuttle call by 4. I get to Dealer at 3:50. At 4:15, I'm told they can't get a bolt off and the car may not be finished today. Why didn't anyone call me? I need a courtesy vehicle. She said they don't have those and now car rentals are closed. 4:55 mechanic says he can't finish. No service supervisor here. Now, I'm pissed and asking for cooperate info, and I'm told some crap about there isn't one. Ok. I will go find out from the city. 20 mins. later, now Srvc adisor suddenly found a courtesy car. A Buick looks like a golf cart vs my ATS. She says, bring it back on a full tank. I say, call and remind me. Next day. Still, no call from servc advisor. I call at 2 pm leave a message. No call back. I go to dealer and car is ready. She says we gave you $20 off. WTF. I say, use it to gas the golf cart. That's a direct insult. There is no sign in sheet. You have to ask other customers if they have been helped. No one has a uniform shirt or name tag. No supervisor name or pic posted. No complaint info. No call regarding vehicle status. What are service advisor's responsibilities exactly? These employees have been here too long, and They are dormant and don't care. The tall blond is loud and rude. The short black hair lady talks bad about customers as soon as she hangs up the phone, and all the ladies talk about the one male who's always leaving work early. The red head could care less. She judt checks in as manycustomersas as possible. Rally was sold. This is my second horrible experience here within 3 months. This service is a fake Diamond, and that's the worst. I am headed to Valencia.

Took my 2015 Yukon Denali in for service had an oil change 2 weeks later my engine seized up, heading out oil in the engine. The technician at this dealership did not take the oil filter and close the oil to leak out and when I started engine and drove off from my home, the engine seized up by the timer I was able to get home the dealership refused to take accountability, and now I’m in the process of filing a full lawsuit against this dealership. Their service practices are absolutely terrible. The service manager refused to take accountability and with this lawsuit, I will see you tonight at the manager was terminated.. stay away from this dealership!! Even though it’s changed news it’s still the same people operating doing the same sloppy practices

Bought a car through them 5 months ago, and I regret going through this dealership. They have the worst customer service and their promises are completely empty. The car they sold us was listed with accessories that they won’t give us and after 5 months I still don’t have license plates. No one has voicemails set up to take messages and the operator can never get a hold of anyone. Cadillac should be ashamed of a dealership like Diamond representing them.

My rating is simply on customer service. If you tell a customer I will contact you tomorrow, you should honor your word. I was told that on a Friday evening, I reached out to a sales rep on that Sat and Sun but sadly I was told “they were too busy to have checked” and that others were away on training. I called Monday and spoke with someone else who didn’t really answer the question with regards to the status of my application. Typically it does not take that long to hear back from a finance company. In my opinion this can break a potential customer relationship. It is my hope that additional training and support can happen to avoid a similar situation happening again. How can the customer feel like you have their best interest and support when this happens. The vehicle is not enough, customer service weighs so much more because obviously assuming you do purchase a vehicle from here, you would need to follow up for service and etc. The negative first impression would be a reminder to expect a repeated situation in some capacity. Perhaps this was just a “one off” situation and I pray that it is.

Pricey, to be expected. Bought set of OEM wiper blades, seem to last the longer than any aftermarket ones I've had. One's on car were original, 6 years old. Time to replace. Rest of experience was pleasant enough. Service writer was pleasant and well informed. Helped with coupon! Will probably return.

I called on a used truck. The sales Manager "Sammie" said yes they had the truck but it would not be on the lot until tomorrow. I asked about coming to see it that day and he said, yes. If it sells today it won't be on the lot tomorrow. I said I would call him back and let him know if we are coming since we do not live near Palmdale. I called back and said yes, I would be there in about 1 hour and 45.min. When we arrived they could not find the truck. After about 45 min they claimed it was sold in Aug. and this was a computer error. The sales lady was super nice but Sammie not so much. Did not even act concerned that they didn't have the truck or anything. Not even.concerned that he has waisted 4 hrs of our time plus gas. Total j*** in my opinion.

Terri was great. She kept me informed about my vehicle. I really appreciated my shuttle driver, Jim. He took me to Trader Joe's and assured me to shop, shop, shop. So I did and there was plenty of room for my groceries. Thank you Terri and Jim.

The dealership was very friendly. My wife and I are from out of town was able to schedule an appointment for early that next day and get right in. The service was excellent! Would defiantly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Iris, our Service Advisor, is so helpful and knowledgeable. She gets our vehicle in for service and we are always happy with the timeframe and the quality of work.
