Had issues with my brand new 2024, 3500 Denali trailer brake switch, switch had to be ordered , I was told it'll be a few weeks, but can't seem to get a phone call back from service advisor Phillip Salas, this guy should be FIRED!!!! Guy see's me walk in to check the status on delivery of switch, he runs and hides not knowing I just saw him at his desk in font of a huge picture window. Then he tell front desk that he's gone for the day.....I have never done anything wrong to this guy or said wrong things, it's going on two months and I still haven't gotten a response or call from him. It a shame I need to travel somewhere else to get good service. I'm telling everyone I know Do Not Take Their Chevy or GMC to Diamond Buick GMC.

Iris was very kind and thorough! Everyone was very nice and patient. I had my baby with me and they gave him a stuffed teddy bear (such a highlight). Thank you all for a great service and your kindness.

My service experience was just as it should be. Iris is professional, cares about the customer and got my vehicle completed in a timely manner. She went over everything that was done and advised me on future service needs. All of the employees are great. Would definitely recommend Diamond to all of my friends.

Went in for a repair on my suburban. The customer service was very good. Spoke with Diego and Phillip. They were very professional and moved quickly to serve me as soon as I walked in the door. They were honest about servicing my vehicle and the pricing. Even tried to find a way to make the cost more workable for me. I will be back

Very good care & service with David in sales. Whole team was considerate and demonstrated good knowledge and info regarding vehicles I was interested in. David was extra helpful with selecting cars for test drive. He was patient in giving me time in making my decision. Also he was outstanding in checking, prepping and securing vehicle I selected to purchase. Very knowledgeable in showing me functions and features. Ashley made the final signing process pleasant and timely. Loved her personality and efficiency. David made sure everything was right before we drove our new car off the lot. A very good experience!

Came for my appointment for my GMC Sierra and person working there named Fernando told me I was too late, so I wanted to make a new appointment and asked questions on how worked on the vehicles are handled and got a negative response I hope god blesses him to come into work with good attitude and customer service next time and may god bless himI rate this dealer service department as a half a star if I could

This dealership does not value it's customers. I would consider shopping elsewhere if I were you. I submitted an online price request two days ago. I received a response from Serenity Garcia asking if it was best to communicate with me by phone, email, or text. I explained that I only wanted to communicate by email for now but that I would drive up and check out the Ram 2500 I was inquiring about if I decided it was a good fit. I just needed a couple of questions about the vehicle answered first.She refused to answer my questions unless I called in and then stopped responding to my emails once I told her that I didn't want to call in until I was ready to come see the vehicle. She would rather lose the sale (and my future business) than communicate with me by email.If this is how this dealership treats it's customers, then can you image how they will treat you if something goes wrong with your vehicle after you have purchased it. Take my advice. Go to a different dealership.

Mike C. was the sales man who helped me find the right car for my family. He had excellent customer service skills, was patient when I kept asking a lot of questions, he was friendly, he listened to what I wanted when I requested cars with a 3rd row seat and did not force his opinion of what I should get like other dealerships I had already visited did. . He found a car for me within my budget. The place was also clean and had some really nice cars there with reasonable prices. The manager there & the guy in financing (forgot names sorry) were also very friendly and helpful. Once again thank you Mike C. for making my first time experience of buying a car easy going.

Went in this morning as a walk in no appointment for an oil change/tire rotation they were already overbooked for the day, and Phillip a very friendly and knowledgeable service associate was able to get me in and out within and hour and a half. Very thankful for his help and overall pleased with with the entire process. 5 Star service!

My person at Diamond is Robin. She has great customer service and actually cares about the customer. I give her 5 stars. As for the long wait time to get my vehicle's oil changed and rotate the tires, I give it 4 stars because I believe that could be improved.

Brought my wife's car in for a recall. Drove it for a week and seen some wear on my tire. Took it back in, they left a toe link loose during wheel alignment. Then blamed it on some curb rash that was already on the wheel. This is the second car that I have had issues with them. Please take your car somewhere else. This place is not safe.

Love Iris, our Service Advisor. She has the best down to earth personality. Highly experienced as well she goes out of her way to get you information.Highly committed no matter how busy she is. She makes time.Love the texting communication and also with photos of what she sees.She's personable and personalizes how you wish to be contacted. I choose texts as it's quick and easy Plus I understand time is scarce in business life with having multiple customers to take care of. Every minute counts and having the luxury to text, it not only helps save me time with my own work, but it helps businesses to continue serving other customers too.Thank you Iris, you are Awesome!

Called late last night and got our car in first thing this morning. Francisco our service advisor was so nice and helpful and was able to get the car back to us before the end of the day. All of our experiences with Diamond GMC has been a good one. Will definitely keep going back there when we need to.
