Stopped by to inquire about a stay. First impressions are important and it didn't seem like she wanted to help or answer our questions. We will take our animals elsewhere.

We took our sheltie here for his first grooming session. He looked great after we picked him up! Staff was friendly and they seemed to be treating all the pets nicely. Will definitely be coming here again.

I am very thankful to the Pampered Pooch and their experienced groomer, Jean, who have both helped me in my journey to rehabilitate my maltipoo. She was a KTLA featured rescue who has experienced major trauma resulting in PTSD. Most of her negative behaviors have been eliminated in the last 9 months, but because she had never been groomed for the first two and a half years of her life, grooming is a huge challenge, so she can/will attempt to bite at some point during grooming. It is clear to see that Jean has a rapport with dogs, and a skilled hand in his grooming. What he is able to accomplish with Kelsie, while dealing with her anxiety, is amazing!I would understand if The Pampered Pooch refused to see her, but I will forever be thankful that they said yes. I appreciate the sacrifice they have made for a random dog. It shows you where their heart lies.

We have 2 Bedlington Terriers that are considered very rare. They also have a unique grooming. TBH I didn't expect anything but maybe a Doodle cut but I was pleasantly surprised to see my girls with the proper grooming. Thank you Tabitha and Dante for a great job. Can't wait to see how you groom my 2 Bolognese dogs

We recently got 2 Bolognese Dogs and I can't wait to see the beautiful job they do with them.

We love this place for daycare and boarding! We have a fairly anxious 10 month old goldendoodle puppy and he loves going here. Daycare drop off and pick up is easy but I would say to definitely make an appointment about a week out as they do get booked quickly at times. Boarding is also a breeze. They have "add ons" (as shown in the picture) and we usually choose a few just to make our pups stay a little more comfy. We always choose the rooms with a camera since we are also fairly anxious The staff is always soooo kind and understanding. Although we interface with a handful of people, we usually interact with Lydia (spelling may be wrong) and she is great! Very nice and caring for our little nervous baby. Highly recommended!

I have an elderly lab/retriever mix who's nails grow long quickly. Every time I take her there the staff is always very friendly and trim my old girls nails with care and some sweet talk. THANK YOU!!!

I have a 20 year old dog named Kittie. Miss Kittie is a God's gift to me since I was in my mid 20s, I'm in my mid-40s. I, now get a lot of anxiety every time she needs grooming because I find it to be very difficult for me to trust anyone with her, she is so fragile in my eyes; but she is also super stubborn, she refuses to humor me in any way, shape or form. I tried everything to get her to let me take care of her nails or any other type of maintenance in between grooming. Nope, she won't allow it. This is also neither here nor there, but every time I had to take her to the groomer, I would pray constantly that she returns to me more comfortably and in no unnecessary pain or any discomfort. I unfortunately took her places where they wanted to keep her up to 8hrs before I could pick her up, and friend's, that to me, is not acceptable. I have younger dogs, and I understand they are a bit more apt to withstand a wait (still not 8hrs from drop off). In contrast, every time I take Kittie to The Pampered Pooch, she comes back with a smile on her face, and I can tell she feels great... She also looks great!. There is no more unnecessary wait! I appreciate kindness, and therefore, I recognize it. I'm happy to write this review for any of those senior dog moms/dads who worry about grooming them, if you are thinking it's better to do it yourself out of fear or concern when in fact you can make your concerns known to a professional and your good boy or girlie can actually feel great. My recommendation is to go in there and respectfully let them know what your concerns are... Are there growths or bumps you want then to be mindful of? In my case, my girl had growths all over her body, I also made them aware of my fear of cutting nails too close to the quick, and they respectfully were mindful of my concerns. I'm really grateful for The Pampered Pooch. Thank you for caring

I took my furballs this morning for their nails to get clipped I love their service don't take me wrong one lady made me feel so uncomfortable I was just standing with my daughter just saying a dog was adorable the worker looked already in a bad mood she was yelling at the dog not to move while the dog was just standing not moving afterward she told the owner she was an older lady that I was distracting the dog the worker was just talking really bad about me and my daughter while we were just standing waiting for my two furballs that's not being professional I've never experienced something like that before. I've been going there for over 2yrs.
