Hi all! These apartments were fairly nice. As a whole, I loved mine while there. Minus the quality of work regarding small repairs in the apartment from before I moved in. And how long it took for my washer and dryer to be installed. However, I was fortunate enough to be helped and supported by Shannon. She was such a light and always made me feel supported and heard. She was initially the reason I went with these apartments. Her positivity and knowledge regarding everything made me feel safe and excited to be there. Thank you Shannon!

My fiancé and I stumbled upon the fountains and fell in love. The property is clean, the units are updated and the leasing agent Shannon was such a wonderful help in the application process. Although we didn’t follow through with our application for personal reasons; Shannon was great to work with and extremely communicable about everything we would need to do in order to make the fountains our home. We still might consider it in the future. Thanks so much again Shannon for all your knowledge and help!

Hi I'm a new tenant at the Fountain Apartments, while looking and going throught the process of getting into the Apartments I had the pleasure of working with Shannon. Shannon was definitely a help with all my needs, she was available when needed, showed me a nice 3 bedroom apartment. Yes, I moved in and so far no complaints. It was so nice to deal with a Young Professional that was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the property.
She's definitely a gem for this office. Thank you Shannon

Worst place we've ever lived in. The office never answers the phone, first of all. The place is full of roaches, the city even had to get involved. My husband and I were only there for 6 months and they only refunded us 10% of our deposit, how did we cause over $800 in damage in 6 months when we left the place in the same condition we got it in? They show you a beautiful unit, but the one you get has maybe 30% of the same finishes. They definitely give you the landlord special, painting over rotting wood, falling off hinges, bugs, spiders, etcs. They never supplied a move in check list, even though we asked, so maybe that's why they're able to get away with robbing us of almost $900 of our deposit. Not to mention all the money we had to throw away because of German roach infestation that we were subjected to in the short 6 months we were there. We had to get rid of so many of our kitchen stuff like food and appliances for fear of taking them with us to our near place (and no, we've never had roaches before!!).
When we moved into this place, it had less than 2 stars, now suddenly it's been in-fluxed with stellar 5 star reviews over the last several months. Don't believe them. They're not honest in my personal opinion. We've lost thousands of dollars to this place, so don't make the same mistake we did. At least we got back some money. What a joke.

The office staff has been wonderful. Shannon and Wendy always answer all questions and so so with a positive attitude. Mark and Marcel from maintenance do the best work. Pleased with my experience this far

We applied for a place in March with Wendy unfortunately we were denied. I called to get a refund back on my deposit and the Wendy told me she would call me back to let me know what happened. Since I did not received a call after 3 day, I called her back and she was so disrespectful and mean to us very unprofessional. They talk to us as tho we were poo on the ground. It sad now a day the customer service is sooo bad. All wanted to know is were my refund for my deposit was.Here we are 4 weeks later and I still can get my deposit refund.

I don’t know what the other reviews are complaining about. I used to live here and everything including the staff, management, and people were great. If I didn’t have to move for a new job I would definitely still be living there. I especially loved the pool, Jacuzzi, and washer dryers in unit! Cheers

Hey guys! My time trying to find a place was very stressful! Luckily the lady miss Shannon Campbell was very nice and made the process very easy! 10/10 would recommend moving here and when you come make sure you ask for Shannon to knock some of the weight off your shoulders!

It is the worst maintenance experience I have ever had. They give you the apartment with maintenance problems and you make a maintenance report and they take a long time to repair it. I currently have a maintenance report open for 5 months. I ask the manager and she doesn't answer, the status of the report is simply on hold.
