been with credit union for a minute now and have the biggest issue with courtesy pay get paid every other Friday so all debts are paid back within 30 days and boom the computer system kicks you out for 6months and there's nothing the humans can do.

The woman I dealt with was dismissive and ignorant to military and wouldn’t accept my military ID as a valid form of ID. Went to a different FCU who had no problems with my military ID and said this bank shouldn’t have turned me away.Will no longer do any business with this bank.

So I was a member of this credit unionBack in 2012 we opened an account. We had saving checking a credit card and a personal loan. I had a horse accident in June 30th 2016. I didn't die, obviously, but broke vertebrates pelvic bone and had a brain bleed and concussion. Not their fault, and they made sure I knew it wasnot. Yes I had medical documentation So I missed payments and ended up messing up my account there..Fast forward to now I am refi in and wanted to cleanup went wrong.I walked in and started at the counterShe said my account was still open I owed 5.00 So I thru out a 5 dollar bill and ok what now. She tried to post it and said the account was locked ok now?She pointed to the cubicle where you sit and haveconversationsSo I walked in told her everythingShe picked up the phone. 40 minutes later, she finally handed me the phone. Now i am speaking to a hood rat.I find out I can not pay them the account was charged off and sold to a debt collector. Ok so I can't pay you Northrup. "No." Ok can I get something stating the debt has been charged off and is no longer in your possession. "No." Ok Why? Well because you still owe us.Northrop Grumman....Again No reasonable explanation for anything she is saying.Well you still owe us.I now owe the debt collector??Well it's our debt. But I can't pay you. "No."2 hours laterThe hood rat on the phone in the last bit of the conversation changes what needed to be done.Now I can pay them. ???? Now it's twice as much as the amount that I was told for the last 2 hours.Make the check out to me.ME:? AS IN YOU??YESThis is a financial fiduciary responsibility to the public.Mind you, I walked in with the intent of clearing upwhat had gone wrong years ago. I walked out looking over my shoulder to see if there was a thug waiting to break one of my legs.Don't put you trust in these peopleIt's all good until it's not

ATM is always down. I've been by 6 times in the last month, most recently yesterday afternoon, and the machine is STILL down. If they can't bother to maintain their machines, how are they going to maintain my money?

It was between 1-2pm 10 people in front of me after waiting 20mins with 1 teller. Then when I left there was like 20 in line maybe get more tellers at the end of the month. And lunchtime.

Double glass door for your protection, I love it here. j/k. They don't require you a ridiculous minimum balance like everyone else does. There's no monthly fee, no daily balance garbage policy. You can have a just a couple of bux and they still won't charge you penalty. And you don't have to pay for bank checks here, it's free. Don't ask for cashiers check that is not free but as long as you have a checking account. They will provide free bank check - completely free. They've been around since WWII so they've been doing just as good if not way better than any FDIC banks you go to.

Horrible customer service this credit union has no clue what is going on do not use them unless you want them to leave credit cards open in your name falsely reporting late payments to your credit from credit cards that have been closed for months

I remember my first time walking in the institution and I felt at ease. All the staff members are good at what they do and communicative. I have a couple of loans through them and I love the service and get and give. The environment is friendly and businesslike. I'm really glad I took my friends referral to come here and bring my business.

Will not give out cash to non members of other credit unions because of Covid. I always got cash from them before. They give cash to members, but not non members. This is unacceptable conduct.

I have for years gotten cash from the Credit Union as my credit union is in El Segundo, 70 miles away. I went to the CU today and was flabbergasted when told they could not give me cash. It was because of a Covid policy. They could give cash to members, but not other shared Credit Union members. It's as if my hands are to dirty to touch cash, but their members can get cash. I wanted to talk to the manager, but he was busy with a customer. This a totally absurd policy and terrible customer service. What a way to treat a CU member from a different credit union. I only hope that my CU in El Segundo is treating your members the same way you treated me.
