Mr. T and his Mechanic Mike are angels in human form literally. Single mom walked in to get an alternator replaced but didn’t know I had an even bigger problem going on. Mike informed me of a gas leak that was really bad and I just knew in my heart my car is no good I started to cry. Mr . T and Mike immediately jumped right into action and said don’t cry we’re gonna figure this out. Being a woman I have been taken advantage of with this car so my hopes of them helping were zero to none but low and behold they both came up with a plan that would be cost efficient for me hoping it would reveal the problem..all of us hanging on a prayer after 15 mins yes that prayer worked and so did they. The problem was found and they were able to fix it. I picked up my car the next day and was so grateful for them. I vowed to never take my car anywhere else ever. If you’re looking for a honest, caring, considerate hard working Auto Mechanics look no further…Go see Mr. T and Mike and they will definitely make sure you’re straight and back on the road again. They really are heaven sent!!! Keep up the good work guys love ya ?

Horrible auto shop. My windshield was cracked while my car was in their care, in their parking lot and now the are claiming no responsibility for the cracked windshield.

I have brought multiple cars to Mr. T and I have always had a great experience. He is honest about what they need and will show me the issue on the car itself instead of just telling me. The prices are fair and I have always received great service.

Mr. T is hands down the BEST in the AV. His honest and gets the job done in a timely manner. He let me know everything that was going on with my car that the other place I was taking my car since I had it never said anything about. I'm sticking with Mr. T until the end.

Came by Mr T's place today needed to replace my brake pads, the lady at the desk gave me great service and Ms T did all he can to fix my car the same day as I needed to drive back to LA, great service and price, and more important the job was very professional , thanks a lot, highly recommended ??Services: Auto brake replacement

Definitely recommend this place if you need a thorough service/maintenance on your car. Terrence took good car of my car and found a lot of things I needed replacing that Robertsons Honda wasn't getting done. If he finds something else that requires your attention he will bring it up but won't force on you. After he was done he showed me everything that he worked on and why he did. Trustworthy and welcoming it's hard to find that in the AV. Had to leave 5 stars and going to spread the word to friends and family.

Terrance "Terry" is my guardian angel. He helped me out when my car made the death rattle, he looked at took in my car after closing to ensure that it was safe over the weekend until it could be looked at on the next business day. He agreed to store my car for me until I was able to get Kars 4 Kids to tow the car away, as the repairs on my 16 year old (300,000 mile) car, did not seem worth it. Terry helped me out of a bad situation and had never worked with me in the past, so he had no business obligation to help me out. I am forever indebted to this man. Terrance "Terry" is a blessing. He took my car in after closing when I had it towed to another shop near by that was closed. Terry wrote up the car and locked it in his garage to ensure that my car was safe over the weekend. Terry called me first thing in the morning on the next business day to tell me what what wrong with my car and had prices for me. I elected not to fix my car, as it was 16 years old and nearing 300,000 miles. Terry allowed me to store my vehicle at his shop until Kars 4 Kids was able to pick it up. Terry and his shop are awesome. Thank you for helping during a very difficult and terrible experience with my car and Triple A.

I was on a road trip with my youngest daughter, heading to a campsite for the night, when all the lights on my dash came on.I took the first exit into Palmdale and worked my way through all the mechanics that lined the main road. One after the other, none of them would help me... until we got to Mr. T’s.He was genuine, honest and extremely helpful! Both him and his mechanic made sure we were good to get back on the road again.Such a blessing! If I lived in Palmdale, he would be my go-to mechanic! Thank you! Highly recommend!Service: Brakes
