I asked the manager regarding a concern with my phone reception and she said "well you just won't get it". Honestly I think they should have people that atleast would know a simple answer and nice she was rude too.

Review for January 31st 2022. Metro PCS store located in east Palmdale California. This is generally my Metro store that I can come in whenever I do upgrade or make payments or having inquiries about my account. Britney help me out today as well as the other young men at the store today. She was great on her information and was quick to answer any of my questions that I had. I really appreciate the customer service rendered is coming today. Thank you so much for being helpful and I will look forward to coming back. I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutely appreciate Metro for their service to me.

We showed up for our 5:30 appointment and Gio greeted us with a warm hello. He answered all of our questions and we had tons! He explained all the different options available. He checked different locations for what we were looking for. He was able to help us find a phone in store that would fit our needs (One Plus 9) and save us $500. (Instead of buying a Samsung.) Gio was pleasant and patient with us for the hour and a half we were with him. Phone shopping is always a big ordeal but this time, Gio made the experience way easy! Next time I need to come in to this location I'll make sure to have Gio help me. You should too!

I had called not even 5 mins to ask if they had the iphone se they said yes and when I go to the store I had to wait because one girl was helping someone the other girl got a call on her phone they asked for the se and she said I’ll call you right back. The other girl goes to the back and the one who got the call , calls the number back saying yes we have one more hurry. When they told us we actually don’t have any no more when we were at the store first waiting for them to help us.So they saved it to someone they knew and what I know of there not allowed to save no phone.

The staff at the AT&T store on 47th and Avenue S are outstanding and their customer service is top notch. I never have an issue when I go I . They are friendly and courteous when I walk in.

I'd like to give Rony the biggest shout out for helping me out on Thursday. He was extremely helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. His patience is definitely appreciated. Not sure if he's a manager or not but definitely was helpful.
