The workers here are completely incompetent and will do anything to squeeze the most money out of their customers. I went in on Sunday and purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max after I was told that I was eligible for a trade in offer of $830 if I switch plans trade in my phone. So I did and after doing a differed offer for trade in, because my phone was going to take too long to sync to do that in store, well come Tuesday I walk in with my phone and I am told that they won’t accept my phone which means that instead of financing about $400 dollars for a new phone I’ll be financing $1,200. On top of that I already signed and paid for the discussed deal, the plan is even still set to go into effect yet the offer I agreed to has been pulled out from under me. This institution is laughable that they are able to stay in business when they have their employees use scummy under handed tactics to get you to pay the most out of your pocket and upgrade to unnecessary more expensive plans. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE HONEST AND RESPECTABLE ESTABLISHMENTSUpdate: Management has been lazy to respond to my emails to get this sorted out. They offered me email as a way to get in touch since I am a busy person, yet Manda Sanchez the store manager would rather back track on my acceptance on email correspondence in order to get this sorted out without a paper trail. She will not continue the matter over email and insists I go in person so I won’t have any records of what has been discussed. This could only lead me to presume that their scummy behavior is not a one off issue but instead a systemic issue coming from the management of the store itself. I am completely appalled and I am amazed no one has taken legal action yet against this clearly shady store. I would not be surprised if they were shut down once T-Mobile hear’s about the poor management of one of their locations sullying the rest of the company.

I have been a loyal customer for Tmobile for a while now and it is time for me to get a new phone. I stopped by to trade in my 5 year old phone. Battery is dying on me. When I came in, Sale associates were busy tending clients but they still have time to greet and welcome customers who come in the door. They told me to wait and someone will tend to me shortly. Brayan - the sales associate approached me and asked what I was there for. I told him the purpose of my visit, (to trade in my phone) then he mentioned the colors and he gave me time to decide. It was easy for me to decide since I already have a color in mind. I told Brayan I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural Titanium with 256 GB. Brayan checked the back and they have it in stock. Yay Brayan gave me the details on the trade in ($100 for an iPhone XR) and although I was dismayed, I went thru with the transaction. I paid my due then Brayan helped me out in setting up my new iPhone especially in transferring the data from the old phone to the new one. He even helped me in putting the screen protector and phone case on the new phone. Great!! I left with a Happy face and satisfaction.

Excellent location and safe environment. Store associates were very helpful. Took time and resolved my problem. I need to do factory reset, but i visited some other locations nearby there. They were too busy for new line to sell, avoiding helping existing customers. I would strongly recommend visiting those stores who sincerely care for every customer that are walk in for whatever reason. It means a lot to the operator of the business as well as to the employees and customers. Keep up the great work ? .Thank you

If you ever get the chance to come to this T-Mobile location, I highly recommend seeing Mariah! We came in today to get our phones serviced and Mariah was absolutely amazing! She provided amazing customer service from the time we walked in, to the time we walked out. 10/10 will come back again!!! :)

I EMAILED! HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY SEE ORIG. REVIEW BELOW.In store customer service representatives are swindlers. They're service in AV sucks. They claim The towers are always down allegedly. No, ATnT may not have customer service in the US, but at least they weren't dropping calls, had poor internet service, or shiesty salesmen... oh and DO NOT buy the SYNC UP KIDS WATCH. IT'S ABHORRENT, never works, especially when needed.

U signed up for the T-Mobile internet box in September and have had nothing but issues. I called customer service to xpress my concerns and issues. They helped the best way they could "Not" having any tech team to come out and detect the actually issues with your equipment. It was suggested by T-mobile custmer service return the defected equipment and retrieve another at "No" cost! I followed those instruction and was charged $35 by T-Moniles retail store. I explained their customer service stated "No" charge! It became a back and forth of "No/"Yes". I paid the $35 to avoid much a bigger headache. I took the exchange device home and connected it by following the instructions. Guess What? I had the same issues (indication- ooops something went wrong). Called customer Service, it was suggested return device and get my refund of $35. Upon returning the device the same day, T-Mobile refused to refund my $35. I sat in the T-mobile retail store on hold until I reached a customer service rep whom was very helpful in making sure I was refunded my $35. So sad I had to go back and forth for my money! Don't let any company push you around. Stay strong for yours!!!

If I could have CC, Andre or Carlos just follow me around everywhere I ever went and have them guide me through any days ups and downs then life would be perfect. Unfortunately I can only see them here at T Mobile. I made repeat visits this week and each time I was greeting and helped not just technically but also mentally and cellularly. I definitely appreciate all their world class customer service and care and would like to buy them a beer. Great team here. Much respect and appreciation. Definitely recommend.

Waiting during the holidays us expected. We had an issue updating status and we did have it resolved by Andre. He was POLITE, KIND, HELPFUL. We are definitely not from the area and decided to get some errands done while waiting for our vehicle being serviced. Best decision to stop at this Tmobile location. Talked to another guy with a beard briefly who thankfully did not assist us .... because Andre did amazing. When we upgrade our phones I will likely return to this location.
