Had not been here in a while, when did they go all self checkout? I don't remember being an employee and I didn't get an employee discount. This is the second consecutive Lowe's I have been to like this and it was my last. I can only assume this is a corporate directive and I want my spending to employ my community. I will support the companies that still employ people. Good bye Lowe's.

Staff here is always uneducated and has no idea what to sugest. Go to home depot for better employees but go here for better deals.

We want to thank Catalina from the Garden Center. She was a wealth of knowledge. She helped us a lot, choose plants depend on our needs and talked about proper care. You can tell she truly enjoys taking care of the plants and helping customers. Great customer service. No wonder the plants stay healthy and super green. Thank you Catalina.

I was there earlier today 4/4/2024 @ 3:00 o'clock, I had a table lamp to be fixed there were this 2 guys Brandon & Steven helped me with patience & politely & solve my issue. I just wanted to give them the best review. And was another Hispanic guy @ hardware I forgot to take his name. They were very helpful gob bless them.
And I was in Lancaster lows last week to exchange a vanity light that purchased but the screw we're missing in the box the associate in customer service Danielle was very rude to me & didn't want to listen what I was trying to tell her , while she was ringing the item I tried to exchange I told her about the policy in each store she told me shut up. I think this is very rude & unprofessional to talk to the customer. I have a complaint about her & the review I m giving her is 0 the lowest. She should correct herself & be more polite & professional if she needs to work.

I had the best experience here. Right when I walked in I was met and greeted by someone named ceaser! This guy was awesome he literally helped me in every way possible helped me get all my stuff throughout the whole store and was very informative I honestly would have spent hours looking for my stuff but thanks to him I was ready to go with everything I was looking for in about 15 mins honestly like thank you so much ceaser.
