Leaving our home state of California was one of the toughest and most life-altering decisions my wife and I have ever made. Parting with our loved ones and our home was heart-wrenching and required immense sacrifice. Where do i start, Josh is an absolute delight to work with. My wife and I were first-time buyers and had no clue where to even begin. With the help of Josh and his team, we were able to look for exactly what we wanted at the pace we wanted. He makes things very understandable and explains all the questions we had. The best realtor I have worked with! He goes above and beyond of everything you ask of him! He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable of the scv and the av! He made the whole process of selling and buying so much easier and he always made sure that you have everything you need. He also broke down all the scenarios and what we believe would be very livable in case of emergencies. He is very professional and makes sure that his buyers don't fall in a trap by making sure that everything is up to code! He also made sure that my wife and I got our dream home and our forever home!
