Not so cool: At eight in the morning there was, among other things, no more milk for coffee at breakfast (no joke), no orange juice, no yogurt, no bananas... As a guest you feel like you've been taken for a ride, especially since there's quite a lot on offer at breakfast anyway is restricted.”

“Exceptional Service from Levi at the Front Desk.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree this weekend and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi, at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, He greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent !!!

Rooms: Very clean rooms the bedding was warm and comfy. The restrooms have full size shampoos, conditioners , bodywash , and lotion bottles. The rooms are big with blackout curtains, they have AC , small fridge, Safe , and also a small dinning table with fancy confortable. Chairs.

Food and drinks: They have breakfast buffet at the hotel for under $16 , accross the street there is mexican restaurant, AmPm gas station and del taco.”

“I have to visit Palmdale for work on occasion and I've stayed at several local hotels over the years. This was the first time I started at Element, and man was it an upgrade!

Everything about it is better than the competition. It's newer and extremely well kept, the rooms are so much bigger with a full kitchen and fridge, plus a living room area large enough to literally seat around 8 people!

There was a different hot breakfast every morning along with his quality coffee, and the staff was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and this will certainly be my home base when visiting from now on.

Pro Tip: In the evenings they have a happy hour with free draft beer from Bravery (a killer local brewery) plus snacks!

Rooms: These rooms are huge! It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. You can have your whole crew hang out together in the living area and watch the huge TV.”

“Friendly staff, plenty of parking and rooms are OK. Beds could be better, too stiff. Shower has shampoo, no conditioner which is weird and it's not a shampoo and conditioner in one

Rooms were surface clean , needs a lil deep cleaning. Might be a renovated building or again in need of deep cleaning in corners etc.”

“I was able to get the king suite for a night, and it was so spacious and accommodating. The rooms were clean , and the staff was attentive. My only real complaint was that they charged $12 for parking. It's Palmdale, not DTLA. Other than that, I had a very good stay here and would definitely recommend it. They don't have a pool on site, but we were able to use the pool at the adjacent hotel.”

“Had a 3 day event that took place here. The rooms are nice and clean.
I had excellent experience with Shawn, Kayla, Carlos. Shawn had amazing customer service! She always had a smile and was very helpful. Made sure the trash and water was always full. She also was very helpful to all that attended my event. They were very happy with her cheeful smile at the front desk. Kayla had amazing customer service! Very helpful. Carlos always made sure the restrooms were clean. Keep the hotel nice and clean. Was very nice to all that atenttend my event.”

“If I can put 10 stars on service I would. I stayed at this hotel for about 3 months along with my company and they made us as if it was our home. Front desk would interact with each guest upon arrival, return, and departure. Mon-wed jay and manny would take good care of us with some complimentary appetizers and beverages. The pool is nice and even has a grill in case you wanna make some burgers and dogs while the kiddos are swimming. And the housekeeping…. Some places you gotta worry about putting some stuff away because stuff comes up missing, I know I’ve been there but at staybridge, you can trust them forsure. I left my Xbox out a Nintendo switch on my desk a couple dollars here and there. It was only touched so they can clean underneath then put right back. Also I ordered groceries then realized I had to work a little OT. I just called up the hotel and asked if they can just put my groceries in the door and I came back to my groceries put away! Above and beyond. I appreciate you staybridge and I can’t wait to comeback!”

“Stayed here for 13 nights on business and had to extend my stay every couple of days. Hotel staff made extending tremendously easy, something that could have added a lot of stress on top of all the work I was doing. Hotel is in a great location for Palmdale with easy access to the 14, as well as any and all shopping needs within walking distance.
Update: had to stay here again this year, upon arriving there was a homeless man clearly high out of his mind (standing at the lobby entrance). He kicked my company vehicle and threw some type of sticky drink all over it, unprovoked. After this, I gave him a choice to walk away or be put on the ground permanently. It took about 20 mins to force him away from the hotel. Unknown to me, there was two separate women waiting in their cars that thanked me so they could get out safely. Not a word/apology/thank you from the hotel who watched me do this for them, as the customer trying to check in. Checking out, I left my key in my room and was locked out, so I knocked several times, finally with some force. When the woman opened the door, I said I forgot my key in my room and was in a rush. She started berating me saying “you need a key to open the door. Don’t knock like that! You need a key to open the door. You need a key to open the door” I KNOW - if you listened, or got up from your chair, I wouldn’t have been knocking like that at 0530.

The fact that I had to pay $12/night for parking when CLEARLY I was the only security the hotel had is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be calling Hilton Diamond Desk directly to get that refunded.

Good note: the young woman working afternoons during the week that always helped me extend throughout the 30+ nights this year, you are THE BEST, thank you.

Walkability: Easy walk to two large shopping centers and Antelope Valley Mall”

“This is a budget motel that's worth staying in. The front is always ready to help and really try to accommodate your needs and that's a whole lot more than I can say for other budget motels that charge twice what I pay here. I've stayed at least 9 times and the rooms are always clean well stocked with soft beds to sleep in. For a good night's sleep without spending an arm and leg pull in here folks!

Food & drinks: There's a fully stocked food and beverage counter in the front that is affordable and convenient when you're on the go.”
