I have been coming to this mall but it is my first time to shop at this H&M store. It is a weekday and wow what a difference does it make. Clothes are organized and no clutter on the floor. Even the clearance rack is neat. I found a nice black linen pants and I am so happy that it is in my size. Grabbed it and went straight to the register.

The manger was very rude and made up policies in front of me in order to decline me returning an online order. She is always rude when I come to this store. Lancaster has 1 h&m and this is the customer service I get? Trash

This h&m has to be by far the worst ever. They don't even deserve the one star. I went there right when the store was opening. They're supposed to open at 11am and off course myself and couple other guests are just standing outside while there gate is still locked and every other store has opened for business. I'm trying to get the associates attention like hello what's going on??? Off course no one acknowledges me. Finally this unprofessional rude boy by the name of JOSEPH comes up with his attitude trying to open the gate. When I ask why they haven't opened the store he tells me because are registers weren't open yet. After going back and forth and explaining to Joseph why he wouldn't let us know the reason for them not opening yet. He starts getting crazy with me and stating I'm giving attitude, and says he will call security on me. I've never ever felt so offended by anybody like this in my life. Shame on the poor management to hire someone like this. I couldn't help myself and got very annoyed and told him how he needs to do his job because apparently he's never been properly trained. Another female associate In the back claiming I was cursing. This place was a joke not to mention I was with my elder mom that was witnessing everything going on. I toldThem no need to call security as I was leaving. Why would I shop from this store that will make there customers feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. I've been in sales and very high fashion end store. Your never EVERRRRRRR allowed to talk back to your customer or interrupt them as there speaking. Absolutely horrible unmannered associates. A piece of advice go train your associates how to run a professional business.

Went to Antelope Valley Mall H&M today for back to school shopping. My daughter spent some time picking out clothing and needed to try them on but dressing room was closed. I asked staff if fitting room could be opened and was told that it could not be opened because she was the only staff in the store and she needed to stay at register. I was told other staff were in back working in 'special project". Left all the clothes because could not buy if daughter could not try on. Absolutely ridiculous!

Walked into this H&M a bit ago since you know the doors where open . One of the employees disrespectfully yelled at us too “ Get out were closed , WERE CLOSED” in the most rudest attitude. The way this employee was acting was very unprofessional not once did we say anything back . Do better !

Trying to buy a suit for my 16 year old son. Staff is almost nowhere to be found and as my son and I were looking for a fitting room and going about the store the 2 staff members just stood there until I had to ask them where the fitting room is with a 'don't care attitude'. Plus when I asked another staff member to assist us with finding a pair of pants for the jacket he liked, she was no help at all. For a high quality clothing line. Service should be at the same level. So we left.

I have been into this location many times now and the customer service is usually so good and there are very nice people that work here, I don't usually complain or leave negative reviews but today I went in and did not have a great experience. I have gone into the Palmdale H&M location several times in the past few months and the change rooms have been closed every time. So this morning I called H&M and spoke to a lady that called the store and asked if the change rooms were open and the employee and the Palmdale location said that the change rooms are open and will be open until close tonight. So I drove to the Palmdale H&M to find the change rooms closed. While I was there I called the 1 855 number back and spoke to a lady and explained the situation and she said she would call the store for me. She came back on the line and said that the employee said that the change rooms were in fact open, I explained that I was standing in front of them and they were closed. While I was on the phone with her an employee passed me and I asked her if any other change room were open, she said no. The woman on the phone said she was going to call their manager. After being on hold she said she could not reach a manager and she would try again. Each time I have gone in there I have had over 6 things to try on, I am not going to spend money on 6+ things and then have to drive all the way back because the staff is too lazy to run a change room. As I was standing there there were at least 5 people that had things to try on, saw that's the change rooms were closed and rolled their eyes and put down what they were holding and left. That I what I had done the past few times I was in there. Once they finally came and opened up the change room the girl that helped me did seem annoyed with me but did put her customer service pants on and was decent. I gave two stars because it was resolved but what did sit well was the fact that I was lied to just to get me into the store.

Honestly if you decide to work in retail y’all should learn to leave your attitude at home. I understand now frustrating retail can be but anger shouldn’t be taken out on other customers that just arrived both ladies working in the dressing room at 6:10 on 9/17/2021 we’re so rude for no reason. I just had surgery so my little sister decided to help me with grabbing things of the floor and she was still being so disrespectful about that . Other lady was just acting like she ain’t there to help people .
