Terrible Experience with Hertz - Unaccommodating and UnsympatheticI recently had an extremely disheartening experience with Hertz that I feel compelled to share. My ordeal began when I arrived at the Hertz location to pick up the car I had reserved well in advance. Despite providing all necessary documents and adhering to the scheduled time, I was abruptly informed that I could not take the car. No clear explanation was given, and my attempts to understand the issue were met with vague and unhelpful responses.Adding insult to injury, when I requested a refund due to this inconvenience, I was bluntly told that it was not possible. The staff showed no empathy for the situation their decision had put me in, leaving me stranded without a vehicle and financially out of pocket. The lack of flexibility in their policies, especially under circumstances where the customer is not at fault, is astounding.Furthermore, the customer service was deplorably lacking. The staff were unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. I had expected a company of Hertz's reputation to value their customers and show some degree of understanding, but I was met with indifference.This experience has not only caused unnecessary stress but has also resulted in financial loss, as I had to make alternative, last-minute transportation arrangements. The rigid and customer-unfriendly approach of Hertz has left a lasting negative impression on me.I strongly advise anyone considering Hertz for car rental to think twice. Their inability to provide basic customer service and their rigid, non-refundable policy can potentially ruin your plans and cost you financially. One star is overly generous for the level of service I received, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future

My go-to rental place wherever I go to get a car. New cars with low mileage and you can buy their cars as well. Nice!

This Hertz office is perhaps one of the best that I have visited. And I have been to a lot of them.Very friendly and competent staff. My issues was sorted out directly. A very well managed business. Well done.

First time renting with Hertz, came across an issue & Kayla did an amazing job helping out!! Put me at ease for my trip. Upon returning her manager & associate (Didn’t get their names) were absolutely helpful & very nice! Definitely will be renting from them for future trips! Thank you guys!

Mustang I got was OK just small went to trade up for bigger suv they say they don't have available then tell me my budget is 3rd of what really is and in fact they have several cars suvs hidden in back seems like since some of managers I delt with in passed left this place has turned in to a joke of rental service will never come back here again

Days before they guaranteed a gas car for our trip and on the morning of our reservation only had electric, leaving us in a complicated situation. I understand this can happen, but maybe you could have given us a heads up the day before?

Made a reservation using my AAA at such an amazing price. Two young ladies in the lobby were nice until the one helping me dropped the bomb on me… for some strange unknown reason u must reserve car 24hrs prior to pick up if you’re going to pay with debt. No where on the contract does it state that… it only says that there would be a higher deposit n credit check when using a debit card payment. I then tried to reserve for the next day n even more strange I was no longer Getting the same offer but instead a couple hundred dollars more for the week. I understand the workers there don’t make the rules but I also didnt see that written anywhere as the disclosure.

2nd time renting from this place and I cannot tell you how above and beyond the workers here are. I rented from different places based on best savings but this place always makes the most of my budget. I will come back always. Thanks!

I have used Hertz many times over the past few months and sometimes they have run out of cars when I need them the most. But I'm still giving them 5 stars because both of the ladies that work here have always treated me with the best customer service I have received from any car rental place ever. I will continue to use this particular Hertz bcuz of the service I get and thank you ladies for everything!!!

Always great customer service with an emphasis on making sure that my family and I have wonderful trips when traveling on the road. Cars are always in great running condition and Shawny and Kayla always have a positive attitude always looking to help with a solution rather than anything else.

I love superior customer service! I appreciate knowledgeable customer service representatives in companies, and Shanie and Kayla didn't disappoint. They both have awesome attitudes and great personalities, which are essential ingredients for a company like Hertz to make customers happy. Kudos to the management for having these ladies on the team!Oh yeah, the car was new, so I'll definitely be back!Thank you, Shanie and Kayla. You ladies make a difference, and I'll be sure to drop those Mrs. Fields cookies in the mail!

This is my first yelp ever. I rented a car from here last Monday and returned it Friday. It was super last minute and alls they had was electric or a mustang. I opted for the mustang because I'm not familiar with electric vehicles. It was super last minute. The staff was nice and quick. Car could have been cleaner and did smell a bit but I didn't mind. Fast forward I returned the car Friday and had to Uber to get my vehicle after work. I left me server book in the vehicle with 3 $100 bills that I worked hard for. I'm a single mom and $300 is a lot of money. I returned the car about 3PM they close at 5. Anyway they're closed all weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and the car was still there and they couldn't find my book or money. I know it's my fault for forgetting it but I was hoping just maybe there was still honest people in this world. Unfortunately I know without a doubt it was in the car. With that being said someone stole my money and for that reason I will not be back to this location.
