“I recently arrived at this place and the staff here are welcoming at all times. They always greet me with a smile and one of the employees named Anayeli always helps me, like today she helped me carry all my items to my car. Anayeli helped me feel welcome from start to finish, it was an overall welcoming experience for me. “Today I discovered my soda dispenser was leaking and we were out of syrup, went to the other Smart & Finals around town and they didn't have any in stocks. My last stop was quartz hill where they had everything needed, and fully stocked, plus they were on sale! Don't like self check out, so went to the lines, this is where I was greeted by Natalie who almost quite literally dropped everything (hahah) to check me out, Very helpful and attentive, she even reprinted my receipt because the first copy was faded. She needs a raise. Took the time to help even though she was clearly in the middle of something! Thank you!

“Great liquor store, has tons of things in stock, including clothing and cell phone charger cords. Always getting the latest alcahol and snacks. The latino man who stocks up the store is so awesome and kind! He is very quick to help customers and knows exactly where everything is or if they have it or not. Store is open until midnight also. :-)”
“Don't have supper stuff liquid for cleaning anymore and i didn't walk through the place to look at everything they do have a new place at 20th st. West and AVE J in lancaster by dede's and CVS store use to be a furniture store there AT&T store is on the corner of their but when they did the streets fixing them they made it hard to get in the parking lot.”
“I have almost 3 years buying in this store but the last 2 years is not comfortable the employees working in this store always looked me and my partner follow us in every seccion where we are getting our items or food they close the line to pay in the lines on charge yourself.
Is so annoying they think I'm going to run ?♂️ with the car full of groceries for couple hundreds out of the store in front of the cameras for real, that's so really stupid and we are starting to buy less products here and get what really we deserve for our family including customer service because my kids were coming on those hard days.

“DG has an overall 5 stars in?customer service. All you have to do is ask, and their staff will answer. Way better than the usual "duh" you get at walmart”

“Stopped in for some food before heading out to camp, an employee I believe his name was Ricky noticed the line starting to build and came over and started helping folks at another register. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Wish more stores had employees like this. Seems customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses but this was refreshing to get such great customer service from a business. A+++”

“Just like the super Walmart but only food and lines are quicker. Alot of the time you have to check the dates on things, they don't really rotate stock very well and they are limited on certain items.”

“This is a post office as far as i know. I went to this location& it is a small post office in the little town of Lake Los Angeles. I'm somewhat confused though, because the phone call i received from the girl working the counter, showed this name on the caller id..? Why is the post office sharing phone number with a liquor store? Also kinda strange, was the fact that clothing was for sale inside of there- various items, including shoes, socks, sweats, blankets, and even what appeared to be undeliverable packages that were stacked in some grocery store's cart inside the store. There was a sign seeming to indicate that misc packages were for sale...? I thought there was a process similar to an official auction that those things had to go thru??? Very unusual... but very helpful& sweet clerk working there.”
