Pat Mulvey is rare as a lender & I have been in the industry for 35 years in 2 states. She is professional, truly cares, puts her clients needs first and her word is her bond. In Southern California she has worked with my first time buyers, investors, 2nd home purchases, luxury clients etc. She always had my clients come in person If geographically possible & I prefer that. She took time to listen, explained the process and offered options/solutions. She has an in-house underwriter so she knew if my clients were qualified before we started looking. She is so genuine & connects with every personality type. My CA clients love her and still use her to refinance or purchase even though I only sell in Las Vegas Now. I also want to add that Gem Mortgage has been in business for years & like Pat they have a Stellar reputation. That gave me an an edge against the competition when presenting offers. When I was the listing agent & unsure about the lender she would do a complimentary back-up pre-qualification. She would never compromise her integrity to try and steal that buyer away from the other lender. She has no idea I’m writing this but I’m telling you, you owe it to your clients to give her a call. I wish I could clone her.

Me and my wife worked with Tiffany when purchasing our first home and we can honestly say it was not difficult at all. Working with her made the process a lot easier because she could always answer our questions and was always very communicative throughout the whole process.
