The store sales defective merchandise. I came in for a warranty exchange on my switch because the fan was going out. I was told I could only get a used or refurbished switch with my WARRANTY. I’ve exchanged this switch three more times for the same problem. These are used switches, that have been deemed acceptable for trade in and resale. Then my husband and I were profiled by a store associate because we keep coming in to exchange the switch for a new one, mind you serial number matches every time. They’re literally out here selling people messed up equipment and if you don’t get the warranty you’re screwed and if you do get the warranty you’re screwed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE or at any GameStop for that matter! Bought a brand new PS4 controller in early Oct 2023 with the warranty. And I only purchased the warranty because the employee said if we ever had a problem with it, just bring it in and they'll replace it with a brand NEW controller. Controller is now acting up, so I go to exchange it for a new one. They try to give me a pre-owned replacement. They will not give me a brand new one because they changed their warranty policy in Nov 2023 (a month after I bought the controller and warranty). I even contacted support and they said the same thing: "Due to our recent policy change, the product replacement plan is going to give you a pre-owned or refurbished item as a replacement. This is going to apply to all PRP plans purchased before and after the policy change. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this." I will never buy anything from GameStop again.

I purchased a GameStop steering wheel grips for my grandson on the 24th he told me they didn't fit,the next day I brought them back to GameStop. The clerk advised me I can only get a replacement of the same exact item, no exchanges, but I explained that if they didn't fit initially, why would I want the same ones? Despite it being brand new and unused, they refused an exchange or a refund due to the package had been opened. This policy is unreasonable and unfair when there's no intellectual property at stake or chance of duplication of the item, honest customer should be treated fairly and reasonably. The current policy does not accomplishes this ... Consider boycotting GameStop until they adopt a more reasonable fair return policy. I AM..

GOT SCREWED OVER! I asked one of the employees if they had any black Friday sales going on before the actual black Friday and the employee said yes; so I decided to make a purchase thinking i got a good deal; and trusting the employee turns out i didn't get a good deal

Went in and asked for a specific game after a nice and friendly greeting from workers today. It took me, however, a whole conversation to try and convince both workers that what I’m looking for exists and only got my clear answer “no we don’t carry” after I stepped away to pull up and show them official details from Nintendo website off of my phone. I felt that the workers were very dismissive of me; they didn’t check their system once the whole time I was in there and I basically had to find my answer myself.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this location a number of times within the last couple of weeks. Not only am I always greeted warmly, but I'm asked if I need assistance every time. The manager and associates are knowledgeable and helpful people. Keep up the great work!

I'm extremely irritated with the fact this corporation offered a pre order gift but didn't have enough to fulfill the online and in store pre orders for the Zelda tears of the kingdom. An employee stated they didn't have enough to even fulfill 60% of the orders which is pathetic. Step it up guys
