Super excited on our first purchase from here.We just bought a house and we're looking for the perfect living room set and found this awesome one at this store . We found this Furniture store one day while scrolling on TikTok not far from our new home we decided to stop by to check it out...the staff is very nice, very professional and helpful. The prices are reasonable this place also offers in-house financing and lay away options for those who are seeking to finance. Overall we had a very good experience and are very happy with our purchase. We look forward to making future purchases from here again. Thanks for such awesome customer service!

If there was a way to give half a star, I definitely would! First off, the customer service is awful with disrespect to people of colour. Second, the offers are false. We got a "free" pillow with the purchase of a table set that was said we can "return in a week or 2 if we didn't like it." But when the attempt was made, they declined it and stated "that's not our company policy." Third, the store is just overall rude. Never shopping here again!!

Bad service we saw a bed for a girl at one price and they they told us that it was a different prize which it was higher, then 3 weeks for them to give you your order and they call my husband telling it was ready my husband goes to the store and they say they can’t find that order 20 min later they found there papers and they told him we don’t have it here we have it in another store my husband goes to the other store and make him wait 20 min more

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from here. EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish. I can't recommend this place enough. Raina was sooo nice, knowledgable, never pushy. I walked in, was greeted and allowed to browse without ever feeling pressured. Once I made my decision Raina made the entire process enjoyable. Delivery was fast and efficient. The delivery personnel were great. This will definitely continue to be my go to store. Thank you Raina and staff for your help. We Live our new sofa and loveseat. Thank you.

Amazing place, they really took care of me and there prices where spot on. Good range of options for all your home needs. I purchased a dinning table with some chairs and a couch. The staff where great,answering all my questions and helping me in what ever I needed. Totally would recommend them. Thanks for everything

I Purchased my bed from them back in 2016 and its still in good condition. The bed was high Quality and the customer service was excellent. I plan on ordering my dresser from them next. I Recommend them to anyone who is looking for good furniture. they're quality Surely beats highend places Ashley's furniture.??????
