Worst insurance company I could ever go to I've had Insurance since September I got a letter from the DMV to states that I owe them $14 for not having insurance for the month of September when I got insurance in August now I have to go pay $14 to renew my my registration because they're saying that I do not have insurance so I'm paying Insurance to Fred Loya insurance now I'm thinking that they're frauds I do not recommend this insurance company I will be getting a new insurance company ASAP worst insurance company I ever dealt with

Ditched this company for a better one Would give it no stars if I could this insurance company was definitely was ridiculous expensive glad I left the staff syari & Antonia at Lancaster lied about rates & promos as well

This company is based in Texas so when you need help the service is the worst and their employees are very difficult to get a hold of because they're already off work by 2-3pm. Been a nightmare trying to deal with this company. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone I like.

The staff are super helpful & so nice!!! Andrea is always so welcoming and answers all my questions and always has the best attitude! Monica is super patient when I go to either make a change or a payment inside. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!!

Nasty person on the phone. Hang up on me saying can give me a quote but can't run my record. So I ask how she can insure me then without running my record? She hang up. Very unprofessional place. Stay away in all cost.

Scam artists!! Poor service and they have people working there that don't even know what they are doing. They can't even get the paper work right or explain to you why "your late"! Go somewhere else don't even bother getting a headache with these scammers!!
